The breakfast staff is very rude and they acted like they really did not wanted to work, when we asked for another cup of cappuccino they seemed irritated. The hotel is clean and the staff in the restaurant is very energetic. Parking garage is a little dark so if you are there alone it is not safe. The restaurant has a great variety of food.

I would give this a hotel a 4-star normally, can't complain about something, the only thing is that I guess the public areas need a bit of renovation. I don't consider myself to be fussy about things though and don't mind about bits and pieces that could be better in my opinion wherever I go. I gave it 5-stars though because: * The room was spatious and renovated * The staff were really friendly If I could give it a 10star I would.. for the restaurant. We ordered at almost 11pm, as soon as we went up to room and I will only say that the food was FANTASTIC by all means. Certainly worth the money! (Could tell from the smell) The next morning a really friendly lady was waiting for us in the breakfast room (one of the best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel). Thank you all! We hope to visit again!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa gran bella struttura grazie a un'iniziativa di un'azienda partner e, onestamente, non potevo chiedere di meglio. La prima cosa che mi ha colpito è stata l'attenzione ai dettagli: è incredibile come un albergo di queste dimensioni riesca a mantenere uno standard così alto senza trascurare nulla. Partiamo dal ristorante: un'esperienza davvero sopra le aspettative. La qualità della cucina è di livello superiore, con piatti ricercati ma senza inutili artifici. Sapori autentici, materie prime eccellenti e un servizio impeccabile. E poi la colazione… che dire? Un buffet incredibilmente vario e abbondante, ma soprattutto con proposte mai banali. Dolci artigianali, frutta freschissima, selezione salata di qualità: tutto curato nei minimi dettagli, tanto che ogni mattina era un piccolo viaggio nel gusto. Anche se non ho dovuto pagare per il soggiorno, ho dato un’occhiata ai listini pubblici e devo dire che i prezzi sono assolutamente competitivi. Per il livello di servizio e di attenzione ricevuti, direi addirittura generosi. Questo non fa che confermare quanto il management sia attento ed evoluto: si percepisce la volontà di offrire un'esperienza di alto livello senza mai scadere in inutili ostentazioni. Ora ho un pallino: tornare per provare la spa all’undicesimo piano, che sembra davvero un piccolo angolo di paradiso. Già me la immagino, con vista spettacolare e un’atmosfera rilassante. Un motivo in più per mettere di nuovo questa struttura nella mia lista delle preferite! Consigliatissimo!

Ottima soluzione per una tappa ad Imola. Un business hotel, un buon 4 stelle. Check-in veloce e gentile ( un po' meno del solito rispetto all' ospitalità che ti aspetti da questo territorio), camera family giusta, diciamo intima, OTTIMA la proposta colazione, OTTIMO il servizio garage GRATUITO, vicinissimo all'autodromo che era la nostra destinazione. Semmai dovessimo ritornare a correre in pista sicuramente la nostra scelta sarà questa.BUONO il ristorante/pizzeria. ECCELLENTE il rapporto qualità prezzo. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Bellissimo Hotel con grande reception. il Ristorante il migliore della città. C’è anche la possibilità di giocare billiardo. Poi la Spa (Piscina..) tutto bellissimo. Il prezzo è anche molto buono. La colazione è meraviglioso. Ci sono dolci senza fine.
