Our flight was cancelled at 23.50 pm . Airline told us they had no alternative accommodation so left to our own devices . 2 adults , 3 children . One phone call and hotel Adelaide made it their business to give us a treble & double room. Rooms spotless . Night staff v nice helpful man . Perfect for what we needed and many thanks

This hotel is a great find, very inexpensive, and spotlessly clean. We have stayed here 5 times now and it really feels like home from home. Our room last week was number 110. It overlooked the side street but was still quiet, the air conditioning was one of the best we’ve ever had, the shower was amazing - water really hot, and firm but comfortable beds. Probably wouldn’t bother with the continental breakfast, its ok, bread rolls, jam, cream cheese, fruit and tea / coffee, but there is a cafe at the end of the road that has a large outside sitting area and serves good and inexpensive food.

Booked because of the reviews. The room was like the licture, however looked like stains on the pillow. The emergency exit light in the room was shining brightly till 12 30am even though I asked could it be dimmed. There was a constant noise like a snoring bear all night. ( not me!) Very little sleep.

Well located hotel. I stayed the weekend of March 26 and 27. Very friendly staff, good cleaning. They gave us a quadruple room with everything good and terrace. Breakfast was included in the price, although you have to eat it in your room due to COVID reasons. There is parking at the same door although it is paid, but it did not affect us since from 2 noon on Saturday until Monday it is not paid. Good value for money. If I return to Faro, I will stay again.

Absolutely unprofessional and dishonest management. overbooking despite reservation confirmation received +2 months before stay, warned only a few hours before arriving without possibility of cancellation. No honest desire to adequately address our situation. Rehoused (blatant downgrade) in another establishment (guest house) with a much lower general service (except friendliness). I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. Behavior of this type should BE BANNED from the tourist hotel offering.

Very simple hotel: room with private bathroom and comfort. Downside for rooms overlooking the street because the insulation is not ideal. Ideal location for visiting Faro. Please note, however, that there is no parking: the staff will show you the granite streets around the hotel. Breakfast given in a very rudimentary plastic bag in the room during the obligatory Covid.

Um hotel bem localizado, agradável mas caro para um hotel de 2 estrelas e sem pequeno almoço incluído. De resto, nada a apontar. Estranho só ter 7 canais de televisão. Quarto limpo, boa cama, casa de banho com asseio, ar condicionado a trabalhar bem num dia e noite muito quente.
