Great hotel, pleasant staff

The first impression when entering the store was average. (When booking, the Ctrip App will not automatically identify members like in China). The front desk did not ask if I had an IHG member, but directly applied for a new one for me (I don't know if I opened a membership). The room space is OK, the sleeping environment is very quiet, the hygiene is also OK, and there is a faint fragrance. The dust is large and the humidity is low. The female room service waiter is more serious, and the male one can just clean it up casually. Change the sheets and quilts every 3 days, vacuum, etc. Breakfast is the same every day, there are not many choices, but it is no problem to eat full, and the sausage bread is delicious. The front desk is too indifferent every day, and there is no greeting/no sense of belonging. Because the itinerary is booked for 6 nights, due to changes in work schedule, I need to leave the hotel early, and I checked out after 4 nights. The hotel insisted on deducting the room fee for the 2 nights I did not stay in. In the middle, our German company negotiated with the hotel, including Ctrip, and they were only willing to refund 50% of the room fee for the last night, 99 euros per night. Although Ctrip gave a certain compensation in handling after-sales, it still caused me to lose 1.5 days of room fees! The same goes for invoicing. The hotel keeps delaying and Ctrip's intervention is useless. They just let you wait. Terrible service!

The room is well-equipped and clean. My wife and I took our 1-year-old daughter on a self-driving trip from the Czech Republic, Austria to Germany. This hotel is very comfortable, cheap and includes breakfast. In addition, after I checked in for the first night, I changed my itinerary and rented an extra night. However, I booked the wrong twin room, which was different from the large room on the first night. Fortunately, the staff Mr. Mostafa helped me deal with it, so I didn’t need to pay any extra money. You can stay in the same room without changing rooms. In addition, Mr. Mostafa is a very professional and polite staff who also takes good care of every guest. The most beautiful thing about the hotel is seeing a beautiful flower field.

Good hotel, great value for money for 1 night

Close to the motorway, plenty of parking spaces, everything clean and tidy, good breakfast, attentive staff and very child-friendly overall, so highly recommended for families. The room was also clean, not very big with the sofa bed folded out for the kids, but it was enough for sleeping (we were out and about during the day anyway). We'd love to come back!

It is equivalent to a better chain business hotel in China. It has better hygiene and the rooms are not too big or too small. Breakfast was pretty good. There is no light rail station nearby, so you can only take the bus. You can ask the front desk to help call a taxi. There is parking.
