Worst experience The property requires renovation. Walls are having pair chipping, locks broken, very bad smell all over, chairs are so dirty that you can’t imagine to sit on them and have your food. It is the worst property I have ever visited in my life. The staff is not at all tourist friendly or accommodating. The stay with stress is not what you expect after paying so much money 5.5k per night. 🥲 Will never stay in such hotel again. The food was so delicious. they have chinese dish as well. Hotel staff help us to land phone charger. Really helpful. Thanks. Overall i would says, this is best hotel to stay in delhi.

EXCELLENT SERVICE

It is definitely not a 4-star hotel, but a 3-star hotel. The most important thing is that the location is very remote, in the suburbs of Delhi, the transportation is very inconvenient, the surrounding hygiene is also poor, and it is difficult to find a place to eat.

The second part to the same hotel. If we managed to solve the problem with check-in, even though it took a lot of time, we still couldn’t cope with the noise and the inability to get a good night’s sleep. Everyone was celebrating a wedding at the hotel for several days, and loud music was constantly playing on the open terrace, just under our windows (we were accommodated on the 4th floor). One of the advantages is that the room had an iron and board. That's all 😄

stayed at Ramada by Wyndham New Delhi recently and had a really pleasant experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The check-in process was quick, and they even offered a welcome drink, which was a nice touch after a long day of travel. The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed — comfy bed, a good-sized desk, flat-screen TV, minibar, and a clean bathroom with all the essentials. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important since I was also working during my trip.

We hosted our wedding celebration in Ramada (Feb 28th - Mar 1st 2025). We had an incredible experience (from food, decor to rooms). We are grateful for all the support from Mr. Atish, Mr. Yash and the entire Ramada team for extending all their support and leaving no stone unturned in making our special day memorable. Highly recommended!

We work with tons of hotels, But my experience with Ramada Pitampura has been extraordinary. The hospitality & quick responsiveness of the complete staff is remarkable. All credit goes to Mr. Yash Gandhi, who was a saviour at every moment.

we had an engagement function ***** with accommodation for our guest for 2 days , rooms are nice and spacious, food is also good , nice breakfast , helping staff specially Yash Gandhi banquet manager , all our request were accepted, place is in a residential area

I had bad experience this hotel washroom very dirty and wifi service really bad room was very noisy then had bad experience I left something in room who ever cleaned room he picked up when we called they denied and bellmenroom I left my suitcase they opened my suitcase few items missing please very careful this hotel about this hotel before you book my view 0 things twice you book I don’t think this 4 star hotel they don’t even apologize employees not honestd they faked views about hotel they must pay for that’s this accident I had please think twice before you come
