Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Hot Springs Fenghuang

I just searched hotspring hotel in hunan area then I found this hotel that I used to go Toya Sapporo resort hotel as same brand . I really impressed this hotel s best best service and the the quality of private hotspring water it's best in the world ! This hotel is 7 start hotel not 5 star ! Ill come back to enjoy hotspring ! It's near ancient city wheres have antique catsle. I love this windam hotel!♡♡♡

I visited during the low season (Dec) and had an enjoyable stay. Great service from the hotel staff. They went the extra mile by preparing some snacks and a kettle of hot water and bringing it to our room without us asking. There is a free shuttle to and from the high speed rail station (Fenghuang station) but you should contact the hotel in advance and let them know what time you're leaving/arriving. However, i'm not sure if this service will be available during the peak periods. There is also a "shortcut" to Fenghuang old town that is about 10 minutes walk downhill some stairs, though it goes past a somewhat creepy cave and a person's grave, so I would suggest taking a taxi/didi back when returning at night. The hotel breakfast was great too and had wide variety.

Excellent stay. Room is spacious and breakfast spread is good. There is free shuttle service to train station and there is a side walk way The hot spring is great but operates for a short hour only 12pm to 11pm

The best hotel we stayed in in China. The location is incredible, there is a secret paths that takes five minutes to get down to the town and is so convenient, which doesn't show up on amaps. The hotel itself is amazing, both the breakfast and dinner buffets are delicious. The room is fantastic. The hot springs are as good as those high-end ones in other countries. And the staff are very welcoming and so helpful. They even dropped us to the airport on short notice to help us catch our train. Highly recommend, honestly look no further. For the price we paid, 700 yuan, it's so worth it.

Hotel is very clean and spacious. Hotel staff are really friendly and informative too, especially Mr Kerr who helped us to arrange transportation to the railway station. They also helped us to book boat tickets within the ancient town! There are many Spa facilities and the personal hotspring within our compound is pretty cool too :) People visiting Feng Huang city should definitely give this place a visit, cheers🥳
