The location is very good, very convenient and walkable to the Fenghuang ancient village. The rooms look exactly the same as the pictures, it is very clean and the reception is also clean and neat. The owner is very helpful and friendly. She helped us with where to go in terms of directions, gave us restaurant recommendations, and a detailed map. Late at night (~12am) I bought cup noodles and she was still up and helped me give me some hot water. When we left, the owner helped us arrange a taxi to go to the train station because there are no didis, and it was very helpful. Our train was at 4pm and she asked us in the morning when our train is to help remind us when to come back to the hotel to ride the taxi. We left our luggage during the day before leaving which was very helpful. On the last day, she also gave us ginger candy as a gift which was really sweet of her. I highly recommend this hotel, if I come back to this city, I will book this hotel again!

Besides spacious and clean room, the hotel also provides excellent service. They replied my wechat enquires promptly and it's just less than ten minutes walk to the ancient town. Highly recommend this place.

New inn, tastefully decorated and located just 5 minutes walk from the Fenghuang Ancient city. It is on the hill side and the view from the room window at night overlooking the entire old city and its surroundings is spectacular. Room : Spacious, very clean, comfortable bed, clean sheets. Toilet: Good size, shower and WC separate partition. Very clean. Location: Just outside the old city, easy to find. Added service: Pick up from and to the train station is provided by the inn owner. Breakfast is available and is nice. Owner are husband and wife who personally supervise the running of the day to day operations, very hardworking and friendly couple. They even give each guest a small gift (ginger candy) upon checking out. I really enjoy staying here and definitely will book this inn should I come to Fenghuang again. Based on all the above and for the reasonable price, if more stars is allowable I would be glad to give them 6 ⭐. They definitely deserve it!!
