Behind 天下凤凰大酒店 and 1km walking distance to 凤凰古城 scenic spot. Nice and friendly shuttle driver. Overall, very satisfied.

Good locations and shuttle service for one way was good.
The rooms are clean but the toilet misses out hanging places for towels and others.
The staff is friendly and breakfast was okay.

I chose this hotel for its simple yet elegant interior design, and after checking in, I was even more impressed by the service. Xiao Xue at reception was incredibly helpful, responsive, and open to feedback, making my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends visiting Feng Huang.

Great family room. Large rooms. Hotel is mostly renovated. It is up a large hill. The hotel provides a driver to get into the ancient town. It would be difficult to walk back. We took a taxi.

Staff was super helpful and suggest activities.
Not speaking Chinese but very easy to communicate through WeChat.
The room are big and clean.

The service was beyond excellent. I would rate 5 stars but the room was a smoking room and we traveled with a child. It's not a big deal, I would still recommend this place, the service more than makes up for it

Location was fairly quiet but not an issue because the hotel provides a car to head to the main location. Also love that breakfast was provided. Room was unfortunately slightly dirty with lots of drain flies around. Air condition wasn’t also working correctly but that might be because of some settings issue. Good value but that’s about what you get too.
