Fenghuang Yinhe Hotel (Fenghuang Ancient Town Branch)

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The service attitude is also very good. I would especially like to mention that their hotel's breakfast is quite good. The beef brisket rice noodles are delicious and generous, and you can get as much beef brisket as you want! The auntie who cooked the noodles had a very good service attitude. It was already 10 o'clock when we went downstairs to have breakfast and they were about to get off work, but she was still very patient in helping me cook the noodles. She wasn't impatient at all. Thumbs up!

I thought it was a new hotel when I checked Ctrip, but when I got there I found out it was actually renovated. As soon as I walked in, there was a strong smell of paint and formaldehyde. The sanitary conditions were poor, and the front desk phone was always busy. The most annoying thing was that the bath towel shed. After I took a shower and dried myself, I looked like a rabbit with white hair all over my body. I was very angry and called the bar, and they asked me to send you a new one. I waited for half an hour, but they told me that there was only one waiter in the whole building. I was speechless. After a series of dissatisfactions, I wanted to drink some water but I didn’t dare to use the kettle. Then I found that there was not even any mineral water to drink, so I called them to have it delivered. Alas, I couldn’t sleep well the whole night. There were 2 people staying in a double room, but there was only one breakfast coupon, so we had to buy another one. We simply didn't eat it, so pissed off 😡! XXX!

The hotel is newly opened. The lobby is very big and beautiful. Especially the starry sky ceiling really surprised me. It is very unique. The waiters are very qualified and help me with my luggage. Their smiles are very healing. Hahahaha. The room is very clean and elegant. It has a great feeling and a light fragrance. The breakfast is also very good. There are quite a lot of varieties. I forgot to take pictures. Afternoon tea is also free. The coffee, drinks, fruits and pastries are delicious. Hehe, I will definitely choose here next time I come to Phoenix~

設施：好 衞生：好 環境：好 服務：還好 酒店有很大的停車場，出入方便，對自駕遊的遊客是首選的條件，周邊有小超市，小飯館，離鳳凰古城還有一公里多，走路需十五分鐘左右，酒店房間大，可遠眺美麗風景，房間不太隔音，空調製冷不太好，早餐不錯，菜品豐富，總之還是不錯的選擇！不虛此行

酒店很新很乾凈，前台妹妹服務態度也很好，位置不錯，離古城挺近的，酒店停車場特別大，停車很方便，充電樁也有，對於自家的新能源車來説特別友好，整體感覺很好，挺不錯的。啊？
