房間感覺整潔，和圖片一致，廁所很大，居然還是智能馬桶，還貼心給了馬桶墊，這個性價比絕了，在虹橋門口遇到姐姐的，貼心地幫忙提行李還承諾先看房間，送我們到民宿先看滿意再入住，不滿意不住，第二天還免費送我們到奇峰廣場去搭車，很好，不用擔心趕不上車。距離古城有一段距離，我們可能腿短走的慢，也可能累了，沿著江邊走了快17-20分鐘，天氣很好有風的，去一趟還是出汗了，希望下次去的時候縣城規劃出共享單車吧！晚上睡覺也算靜，雖然在馬路邊，我還是一覺到天亮，偶爾聽到摩托車聲

服務很好，本來衹是路過，定了最外面的那家q加鳳凰什麼酒店，那個前台的態度有點噁心，臨時換的，有點晚，12點過了老闆還到馬路邊接我們，太好了，豪華房比較安靜，一覺睡到中午，退房離開，太棒了。

民宿在下游，鳳凰高鐵站打車28左右，打車比大巴要了撇，如果做大巴來下游住就並不是很方便了。出租車要等，大巴也要排隊，可以結合住宿地點去選擇。
價格中規中矩，選擇是因為考慮到實惠，條件和評論區好評。後來在古城裡麪一致的房型價格也差不多。精裝民宿不臨江四百。
沒有專業的前台，前台微信交流不回，應該是沒看見。
正好遇到幾家一起出遊的，大人小孩十來號人，佔在公共區休息，房門不關，特別喧鬧。次日一早也是大人訓斥聲小孩哭鬧聲不絕於耳。體現民宿整體生態的問題。
提供早餐，但是沒吃。8.00起來去晾衣服➕吃早飯，女老闆正好在招呼另一些客人，桌面有一碗已經煮好的米粉，就招呼了一下我吃。我覺得是之前煮多的所有並沒有吃。
女老闆更熱衷推薦租服裝，苗寨票，表演票
看到有洗衣機和烘乾機服務。體驗不是很好，晚上洗了衣服，看到烘乾機裏面放的大被子，還是半乾，微信詢問未回覆。第二天問女老闆説：烘乾機是陰雨天用的，現在這天氣不用烘乾機，曬外面一會兒就幹。但是因為整個民宿是二樓，陽光不足，退房走的時候衣服全濕。
對話和熱情客氣，但是實際上遇到了很多問題，並沒有解決。

民宿的服務是真心很好，老闆和老闆娘人特別親切熱情，會接送我們去接駁車停靠點，每天早上準備免費的早餐米粉，也會在我們到的時候給我們介紹景點，問我們出去需不需要接送。民宿房間也很舒適很漂亮，有一個喝茶用的小桌和坐墊，非常有意境。

老闆人很好，房間環境也還不錯，衞生間的馬桶是智能的。
離鳳凰古城挺近的，不過是在下游的位置，往上走都是上坡路。
