Great hotel! Would definitely recommend to friends and family! The staff was very helpful and the location is perfect as it was in a quiet part of town but only a few minutes walk to the riverside.
The rooms were clean and had everything we needed! We used their free laundry service too!

We stayed for a night but have already fallen in love with this amazing hotel. Hotel offered us a buy one free one breakfast, complimentary room service for breakfast and supper. The bathroom is well equipped and the toilet is automated and heated which is amazing for cold winter nights. Highly recommended.

Hotel is located at the old town area, about 10min walking distance to the river bank. This allows us to sleep peacefully at night as it is away from the river bank area that is full of bars and shops. Room is just average, dated but spacious. Just an overnight stay to enjoy the night scenes of the Fenghuang ancient town is acceptable.

Excellent location , a couple of minutes walking to the old town, but taxies can drop to the hotel door. Services provided far more beyond its rank and prices. Strongly recommended.

The facility is very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful in explaining the area. Location is excellent for touring the ancient city, everything within walking distance.

There is a excellen service, very clean and tidy, supporting and friendly staff. The location is good, it’s still in the ancient town and the taxi can drop at the hotel door, don’t need to walk. It’s few minutes to walk to the river, and you will be avoided to the bar’s noise and have a good sleep. High recommend to the tourist.

The service here is very excellent, our clothes was washed and dried. The room is complete, things such as hair dryer, razor, dryer for clothes and many more. Very recommended for travelers.

Amazing location, room and everything! Minutes away walking from ancient town, super nice people and beautiful hotel.
Only cons were that scheduling a taxi to the train wasn’t too possible with the desk service so we had to go to look for one in the street, and gym was very cold and not much in it. But nothing major, we would stay there again for sure if we came back.
