Very location, just 10min walk to 红桥。 The home stay manager provided us one way free transfer from high speed railway station, when arrived home stay, that also help us carry our luggage directly to room

The location was perfect for us: 1) out the window you have the view if the famous cover bridge. 2) it is situated on the quiet side of the river. As for the service, the staff were more than friendly.

The location is a bit far from the center. The room we got not the same as the photos in their website. The restroom is quite small.

Great location with many restaurants and bars nearby. They provide free pickup from the train station. Room was clean. We got upgraded to the balcony room for free. Nice river view from the balcony.

We organised a family trip to Fenghuang not knowing what to expect on the stays. Qianxun Yunjing Zen River Hotel surprised us. We initially booked a family suite room, but after seeing the big heavy luggages we are carrying, the owner upgraded our room to have easier access. Room was beautiful and clean. Design was minimalistic and classy.
Staff was also kind and helpful, was able to communicate with them using translator app as our mandarin is not the best. We were picked up from fenghuang gucheng train station and ride was smooth and quick.
Not to mention the amazing view at the front located in the heart of Fenghuang, I will book this hotel again when I come back.

Fantastic service and very good location. They arranged for us to be dropped off at the train station and even helped us with the luggage! Highly recommend!

The accommodation is located within the town which is convenient. Room was smaller than it appears on the photos. The staff helped to lug our heavy luggage up the stairs which we appreciated. The hotel provides only one way transport from train station to the accommodation, and the hotel did inform us prior. We were told to book our own taxi (which is not possible via didi and we had to search on our own for the local taxi app service) for the trip back to the train station, and if we were unable to book one via the app, they told us to walk out to the bridge to hail a taxi. We had a huge luggage with us. We would have appreciated if the hotel offered to at least help us book a taxi, especially since the price of the room is not cheap in comparison to other accommodations.
