The bedding was incredibly soft, and lying down instantly relieved all my fatigue. The best part was the well-designed wet and dry separation in the bathroom; the hot water arrived quickly and at a stable temperature, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning – a perfect night's rest! The breakfast selection was also excellent, with a good balance of Chinese and Western options. The freshly made pork offal noodle soup was perfectly seasoned and incredibly comforting. At check-out, the staff even smiled and asked if I was satisfied with my stay – such a pleasant feeling! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area; it's great value for money and the attentive service makes me feel truly valued. Highly recommended!"

"Go to Meizhou Fengshun Puzhai to watch the Fire Dragon Burning. This year's Dragon Burning Festival is held grandly. A total of 10 dragons are burned. Therefore, the price of hotels in Fengshun area is very expensive. The location of the Vienna Hotel is more than 10 minutes' drive from the Fire Dragon Square. The location is quite good. It's suitable. The hotel's breakfast is relatively simple. Many tour groups stay here, so you have to avoid the crowds during the breakfast period from 7 to 8 o'clock. It's more comfortable to eat later. The hotel front desk staff is quite polite. They will take the initiative to say hello when entering and exiting the hotel. I must give it a thumbs up 👍"

"I was really shocked that 400 yuan was charged for the same room as a hotel. Even though it was Chinese New Year, the decoration of the door, room, and walls was very poor. It felt like a hotel or a guest house, but 400 yuan was charged. Even 100 yuan was too expensive for me. Stayed for one night and checked out immediately. The suite next door only charged 500. How dare you charge 400 for such a crappy room? There is mold on the walls, the air conditioner is very loud, the door is super thin and not soundproof, and the door material is not even as good as a wooden door. The sofa is dirty, the sink has cracks, everything from facilities to hygiene is terrible. It sucks and I don’t know where to start complaining. The good reviews are all negative. Real feedback: Don’t stop."

"My overall experience at the Wyndham Fengshun during the National Day holiday was extremely disappointing. First, upon arrival, there was no one to assist with luggage, and the reception was inefficient with only one person on duty. As a resort hotel, I expected ample amenities, but all recreational facilities closed at 11 PM, and the hot springs, chess, and card games were unavailable. I reluctantly made it to the hot springs, only to find the changing rooms shabby, most pools out of service, and some areas filthy and messy. The villa room was plagued with issues: broken electric curtains, no power outlets, a non-functional TV, and the air conditioning vents blowing directly onto the bed, making it extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was even more absurd. Not only was the selection minimal (not even yogurt), the only meat dish was grilled hot dogs, and many food stalls were closed. Even more inappropriate, staff and guests dined in the same area, making for a noisy and unsightly experience. Most outrageous, the room I stayed in seemed like it wasn't meant to be sold to the public. At breakfast, the waiter couldn't even tell the room type apart. Later, an engineer came in to perform an inspection and only left after seeing someone check in. For the reasons mentioned above, I only stayed one of the two planned nights and checked out. I also reported this to the Director of Housekeeping upon check-out, but have yet to receive any response. Suggestions: 1. Strengthen staff training. Even part-time staff should be equipped with basic reception and room status information. 2. Maintain facilities and equipment promptly; otherwise, the overall hardware will rapidly deteriorate. 3. Breakfast needs significant improvement; even adding pre-made items will improve the current standard. 4. Do not sell unready rooms. Guests who pay nearly 3,000 yuan per night are not here to test the room. I chose Wyndham because I trusted the brand and the promotional images, but the actual experience completely fell short of my expectations. I sincerely hope the hotel will address these issues and address them, but I cannot recommend a visit during the National Day holiday."

Disadvantages: The underground parking lot is very small and narrow, so don't go in. Park on the first floor, or go to the Vienna parking lot next door, free."
