千萬千萬別選擇這家，同棟樓的民宿比他們便宜幾十塊還比他們新。而且提前一天預訂是300多，當天預訂是200多，差價也不願意退。我們預訂的是兩室的套房，入住才發現是天差地別，簡直就是買家秀跟買家秀。據工作人員説首圖那個粉紅色的衹有一套，隨機安排的，是我沒有去看後面的圖片！哈哈都是我的錯，我沒有仔細看清楚，我應該看了房再預訂的，要是知道你們這樣的衞生環境，就沒這回事了吧。圖一，牆面地漏都是頭髮，圖二角落瓷磚縫都發黃髮黴，圖三玻璃包漿，圖四牆壁脱皮，圖五圖六是實際入住的房型，房間小到可怕，真的是一室硬改成兩室的，窗户外面就是馬路，晚上吵到基本上不用睡，空調還不涼，熱得要命。温泉池在陽台，貼的馬賽克，泡着泡着就砸下來給你驚喜，陽台無任何遮擋，不止要受冷風吹，還要讓對面樓的人觀賞，毫無私隱可言。還有就是，民宿是沒有招牌的，導航是到水上樂園，到那裡問了工作人員才知道怎麼走。大樓下面的前台又是另一個酒店的，幾番周折才聯繫上並麻煩開門密碼。我定的是2間，無法安排到對門或者隔壁，如果選擇樓層高就得1間一層樓，如果選擇在同一層樓，就得一個在東一個在西。沒什麼呢，因為左鄰右舍很多都是長租的，門口一堆垃圾，或者是一堆鞋子，一堆生活用品。這樣的體驗我是第一次，感覺自己像是定了60塊錢的住宿。工作人員態度就是，我跟經理説一下，這個我也做不了主呢，然後就沒有然後了。

如果自駕游,該處是一個極好的選擇。該公寓是在酒店內,可以反映出性價比高,設施好,温泉好,泊車好(當然不要伯地庫車場）,下次再梅州浸溫泉,我會考慮再去！

一家四口，潮州過去衹要54分鐘車程，下高速就到，客服小哥提前登記入住，到了跳過前台直接可以。房間乾淨，有電磁爐，泡茶桌，自帶了食物和電飯煲，陽台有泡池和洗衣機，隨放隨泡很方便，水上樂園需要額外買票，買了兩張，孩子玩得很開心。希望商家能多出一些包含户外池的套票就更完美了。

房間乾淨，無味，對面商場停車場免費，停車方便。温泉水即開即來。附近1公里內有很多美食選擇，物美價廉。

做了很多攻略 最後選擇這家公寓下住 挑選這麼多是正確的！房間通風非常好 屋內基本幾大件傢俱電器都備齊 一整個房子有三個空調 店主非常捨得！陽台外還有一個温泉池 在這麼冷的天氣。泡上一個暖暖温泉很讓人舒服 房間衞生也是不錯的 第二天過來收拾的阿姨也是很有禮貌 整體都很滿意 過年再來也會優先選擇這家公寓

房間超大，上下兩層，給升級了更好的，陽台可直接泡温泉，相當的舒服，乾淨衞生，服務很好，豐順的東西很好吃，很滿意的一次旅行
