The Dar is very well located, as it is on the edge of the medina. You can get there easily by taxi, but are still close enough to all the sights to be able to walk. Our hotel employee Mehdi gave us good tips and was very friendly to us. The roof terrace was very cosy, so it was great to relax with a pot of tea after the hustle and bustle of the Medina. Unfortunately, our room was on the ground floor next to reception, so we definitely needed earplugs (which is the rule in Morocco anyway). The breakfast was delicious, but other riads had a little more to offer.

Very good riad easily available from Rue de la Liberté. Extremely nice and helpful personnel. Nice welcoming. Tea offered in the evening. Excellent breakfast on the roof terrace. Very classical interior of the rooms. The hotel can help with parking in the street or indoor garage, and can book a tour guide. Don't let yourself get caught by all tourist guids that are working in the area.

The staff was helpful (they gave helpful suggestions, and took care of our laundry) , the riad was beautiful, the location was perfect, and the food was excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Great location & the most friendly, personable young man (“Midi?”) checked us in, served mint tea & cookies & even walked us to & from a wonderful restaurant. (No way we’d have found it without his help) He spoke English with perfection & was very attentive. The room was very nice, WiFi was good, morning breakfast on a roof terrace enjoyable…would certainly return.

Great stay, all 6 of us felt at home and the staff was very friendly and had a good sense of humor. The rooms and the rooftop were beautiful and the beds are comfortable. It is safe and they recommended things to do in Fes, where to park, …. It is also well located within walking distance of all kinds of things to do in the old city. If we ever come back, we will definitely come back here.

The riad and our room in general met our expectations. A private person booked the room for us and we arrived at the accommodation late, but everything was neat, clean and the staff were attentive to any need. The riad was centrally located in the medina's alleys but with easy access to larger areas. The room was large and comfortable with a private bathroom, so all needs could be met. Breakfast was varied and pleasant as you could enjoy the terrace from the morning. It should be noted that you should go early for breakfast in Morocco in general as the service is slower and they take their time.
