"We loved Piramit Butik Otel. A real garden of Eden with flowers and fruit in the trees you can pick freely. Lovely quiet pool surrounded by greenery, beautiful, spacious family bedroom with lovely woodwork and our own terrace and front garden. We had our 2 sons, 13 and 15, but the main room can accommodate 3 children in 3 single beds and we had our own separate bedroom with a huge bed. The breakfast offers produce from the garden (they have a massive vegetable garden) in this lovely setting. The hotel is very well located, peaceful but at the same time in the heart of the village with plenty of atmospheric restaurants and bars. It is a perfect place to relax but also a good place to explore the area and not far from the lively town/harbour of Fethiye. Kayakoy is a beautiful village, and the old derelict greek village is walking distance. Very picturesque and unspoilt. You can wander freely around it and it is a magical place, with amazing views from the old church up the hill. Maryan (sorry if I don't spell properly) welcomed us warmly and offered advice on what to do in the area. she is from the village and speaks English very well. Her young brother looked after us for breakfast. Lovely people."

"Location: very good, central, buses to oludeniz and Otogar Place: clean, very comfy beds, daily cleaning, renovated bathroom, nice view from balcony Minuses: half of our stay (3 nights) there was no WiFi, they gave us different but on our floor there was absolutely no connection to it so the problem was not di. Bathroom door: I wouldnt recommend it if you come with new boyfriend/girlfriend, using bathroom might be uncomfortable due to the fact that there is no regular door but more like 'door cover' on rail which leaves spaces o the right and left side so everything is heard in the room Overall I would choose this place again if they fixed the WiFi i think is very nice and cozy place."

"This hotel is located on the road outside Fethiye, and its price and configuration are three-star. According to the three-star standard, it is still okay. It's a bit original: the village road and parking lot next to the hotel are all untreated dirt roads, and the hotel has no walls. It's also a little cozy: there is a small swimming pool, breakfast can be taken outdoors, and there is an open space surrounded by several houses in the hotel. The service staff seems to be from the village. It has a homely atmosphere in the countryside, and it feels good. There are not many kinds of breakfast, but it is basically enough. It's good for a business trip or a temporary stay for one night."

"Few pics of the room (4114) and hotel Was disappointed with our view but our room was perfect - we were hardly in there to look at the view so was ok for us Mini bar and snacks are replaced daily Shower gel and shampoo are really nice - I used my own conditioner Hairdryer and straighteners are very good Free to keep beach bag is folded up in the wardrobe UK plug and 2 USB (lift the flap to find them!) are both sides of the massive bed! - I took a 4 way extension lead to use Entertainment is very good - most nights there’s a very good full band at the Cuphea open air bar from around 21.30 - 23.30 If you’re early to bed kinda people you might want to consider a room where ours was - 4114. The bands that play are extremely loud and I doubt you’d be able to sleep until they finish. Didn’t bother us, we love the late night live music but might be something to consider. There’s always the piano man playing at The Bar next door - he starts earlier and music and acts go on until midnight There’s also the big open air stage with acts every night but we didn’t stay to watch these One downside for me was the extremely loud music every other day at Cuphea bar from 5pm to 6pm - they call it happy hour ♀️ it broke up the calm, relaxing vibe at the poolside - it’s extremely loud if you’re sitting where we were, very close by The bars all have branded drinks but you need to request them The swim up bars do lots of cocktails, if you can think it up, they’ll make it We went first week in June - pool was chilly but ok once you’re in, we found you needed a light cardi of an evening if you’re sitting outside but otherwise it was lovely and warm day and night Inflatables are allowed in the pool The beach isn’t much to write home about - we didn’t use it The sea was freezing ! We didn’t hire a Cabana - we had everything we could want at the poolside. See pics, I thought the cabana looked a bit sweaty with all the cushions (just my opinion ) The pool and beach are both disabled friendly with a buggy to aid getting into the sea and swimming The servers are constantly coming round all day for drinks orders - we tipped them 50 lira most times, they work so hard Pool towels are freely handed out too - from a box on one of the bridges A nice touch is the little cups of strawberries in ice around the pool and the cold flannel at the end of the day There’s a coffee shop/bar just off of reception that also serves ice cream and cakes Most restaurants have a Vegan menu as an alternative but you do need to ask for it, you can also tweak the meal if you need to - I often asked them to remove beef but add mushrooms Book swap is on the lower ground floor from reception, lovely room which I assume you can use as a departure lounge - we waited in the coffee shop where we could watch the doors for our pick up We used Sky high travel transfer servıces - excellent service and very good price All in all such a nice hotel and really nice"

Short staffed, reception doesnt answer the phone. Booked via loveholidays who have confirmed airconditioning is part of the booking, the hotel has tried asking us to pay extra! No- we will not."
