"A nice mini-hotel, nice staff. The rooms are very comfortable, colorful, there is a balcony and a large bathroom right in the room. Besides the bathroom there is a shower. The room is well equipped - lots of towels, bathroom facilities, fan. Breakfast is classic Turkish. Of the small downsides - cafes and receptors close at 5:00, take into account this at late check-in. Location is very convenient, close to historical sights and marina and market."

В номере чисто, хороший матрас и постельное бельё, с нами была старшая дочь 16 лет, для неё был просторный раскладной диван тоже без нареканий с удобным матрасом и хорошим постельным бельём, в номере также есть чайник и мини-холодильник, порадовал душ без нюансов в виде волос, плесени, ржавчины или не совсем работающей сантехники, с чем частенько приходится сталкиваться в отелях. Очень приятный дизайн номера, свет, розетки, вся атмосфера продумана, можно придти и расслабиться в комфорте. Т.к. останавливались всего на 1 ночь больше ничего сказать не могу, наверное, один из лучших отелей, за время нашего 2-недельного путешествия по Турции.

CCynthia991The location was good, near the beach where you could easily find restaurants there. The room was clean, decent in size with a balcony. The most disappointing part was the bathroom. It was small with poor ventilation, so it was very humid. The shower cabin was super tiny. Water could not come up to the hand shower head because of water leakage in the hose. The rain shower head could be used but difficult to adjust the temperature of the water.
Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the young man at the reception. He spoke good English, very polite and attentive. He showed us the rooms and served us a fruit platter when we checked in. Service was excellent.
Breakfast was good for food but bad for coffee. Only instant coffee was provided and the taste of the coffee was so bad.

GGlenGreat location just inside Old Town and across road from port marina where you can walk and choose your boat trip. Small rooms without any real good view, but with a small balcony and some mountain hillside view. Very clean and breakfast is excellent. Front desk very helpful also. Can't get any better location wise, and since Fethiye is about outdoor adventures and exploring Old Town shopping & eating you don't spend much time in your room so small & clean room is very acceptable. I'd definitely consider staying again on next visit to Fethiye, better than expected.

GGuest UserIt was an impressive staycation. I enjoyed to sit on the front of the restaurant and see the the sun sets. The room and towels are very clean. The location is perfect for having vacation. Most importantly, the people here are super nice, especially the receptionist, a uncle who is really helpful, although he cannot speak English, but he tried his best to use translation app and fulfil our need, once we need help, he always give a helping hand. He is really caring, I sincerely thank for his service and kindness. The waiters in the restaurant are nice as well. The people here had became the precious memories of my journey. If I have second change to come here, I will definitely choose to stay in this hotel again.

I’ll share my story with you:
They don’t serve tea during lunch and dinners but still have some sweets (baklava, waffles and so on). I can’t imagine eating sweets with water or beer. I’ve asked if I can still get a tea somehow, and the waiter that “there’s nothing I can do, we don’t have tea”, so then I’ve asked a waiter “since there’s no tea during the dinner time, can I take a piece of baklava to the pool bar (they serve tea 24/7, but don’t have sweets) to eat it with tea”, she responded “yes, you can”. I’ve grabbed a piece of baklava and went to the exit, where another waiter said “you can’t take food out of the area”. I explained the situation, said that another waiter approved it, but this waiter has just taken my baklava in front of 30-50 people. Disgusting.
I’m ok with the rules, every hotel can set their own, but why do two waiters say absolutely different things? It’s an abusive behaviour, I would say. He would either say “if it’s been confirmed by my colleague then ok, but we can’t confirm it next time” not to make me feel embarrassed, or go to the bar and deliver a cup of tea, and explain one more time that they can’t do it next time. It would be a good service, I think.
So, I went to the reception desk and asked to call a restaurant manager. They said he will come in 30 minutes. I said I’ll be at the bar. In 30 minutes, nobody came. I went back to the reception, where a person told me that the manager is already gone and asked to come back tomorrow. Nice.
So, next morning I came to the reception, where another receptionist told me that there is no restaurant manager today because he is off on Saturday and Sunday.
I told that been said I will be able to talk to the restaurant manager today. She responded “okay, but there’s nothing I can assist”.
Absolutely worst service experience ever.

MM239528****Because it was very late when I arrived in Fethiye that day, I was going to do a paragliding experience the next day, so I went to the experience center to find out the situation but it to be closed. I randomly found a nearby hotel with spare rooms. Prepare to come back early the next morning to find out. Unexpectedly, it was an amazing experience. The receptionist who received us at the front desk was called Tommy. He was very enthusiastic with very well oral English, and was very handsome. After helping us to check in politely and enthusiastically, he also showed us around the hotel. Knowing that we are going to have a paragliding experience the next day, immediately help us to schedule a good local paragliding company the next day. When I was about to check out, he also helped us to contact for the hot air balloon activities on the follow-up itinerary and even recommended local personal friends to receive us and give us advice. Thanks so so so much, Tommy is the soul of this hotel. In addition, this hotel is on the mountainside, and you can enjoy the sea view when you have breakfast or in the room. The European architectural building style is very romantic. The price is also very affordable. Recommend everyone to stay

MMaxim RedkinHotel is very and very tired. Price/quality ratio is below plintus. Pipeline, furniture, laminate on the floor require urgent replacement. The truth of cleanliness and freshness of the lingerie is above all praise. I think in Turkey simply can't be different. Breakfast is paid (at least we did not have a room price). It costs 5 euros, overall - good, but again, in Turkey you are waiting for a more delicious breakfast.
