"We have just turned up here for 3 nights, we stayed 1 night then booked somewhere else, the suites is not staffed, someone just basically randomly turns up to let you in the room, the phone numbers don’t work. The room was scruffy and dirty. The man that let us in wasn’t interested in helping resolve issues, offered us an upgraded room for an extra £300 a night. The room had a cold dirty jacuzzi pool inside the room with a dirty scum line around the water level line, no balcony as shown in booking photo, it smelled and was an eyesore. The shower trap hadn’t been cleaned out, so overflowed over your ankles while showering. Another small negative is The restaurant above tables and chairs screeching till late"

"We booked a superior double sea view room that was clearly stated to include both a bathtub and a balcony. However, upon check-in, we found that the room did not match what we had booked at all. When we raised this with reception, they informed us that balcony rooms are only available for four people. This restriction was never stated anywhere during booking, nor was it communicated when we confirmed our reservation via email, which felt quite misleading. To be fair, the staff did offer us an alternative room. However, we specifically chose and paid for this room because of the bathtub and balcony, so switching to a different type of room did not resolve the issue for us. Additionally, the bathtub in our room was not usable as it did not have a plug, which defeats the purpose of having a bathtub in the first place. The breakfast selection was limited and the taste did not meet expectations. The room lighting was also very dim, even during the day with the window open, making the space feel quite dull. Overall, the experience did not live up to what was advertised, and it was disappointing."

"This hotel showed a complete lack of flexibility. I accidentally booked the wrong date, but realized it immediately and contacted both the booking platform and the hotel two weeks before check-in to request a refund or a date change. I noted that the same room type was still available, yet the hotel refused all solutions—including a refund, rescheduling, or even paying the price difference for the current rate. This was utterly unacceptable. As a result, we had to book another hotel but were still charged the full amount for this booking due to their rigid policy. Furthermore, we were shocked to discover that this hotel doesn't even have a front desk. A staff member suggested meeting at a McDonald's to hand over the keys, which is both unprofessional and raises serious red flags about the legality and safety of this establishment. We strongly advise against staying here."

"The stay was wonderful and was walking distance to Fira's main square. Just knocked off a point because never in my life in all 30+ countries ive travelled have i ever been asked to give a tip when checking out. Very odd and inappropriate. Tipping should be a quiet option on a receipt or card machine but point blank asking 'Would you like to give us a tip' as a separate transaction after we've already paid for our stay is ridiculous."

"Advantages: High cost-performance ratio. It's a 10-minute walk to Fira town center and about a 20-minute walk to Imerovigli, making it convenient for eating, buying water, and drinks. The room has sea views from both the front and back, allowing you to watch the sunrise and sunset. It basically meets all your needs for a trip to Santorini. Disadvantages: Although there are sea views from both the front and back, they are also adjacent to roads. When you open the window, look forward, not down. Room facilities are basic, and breakfast is delivered to the room and is rather simple. The hotel is 1.1 km from the Fira bus stop; if you have large luggage, it's recommended to take a taxi directly from the airport. Don't try to drag your luggage uphill, as the roads are mostly gravel."
