The location was great being so close to the airport, we were able to take our cart of luggage with us and return to the terminal. The staff were friendly and helpful and we appreciate the extra touch of helping with directions and other things. A good stay, we would recommend it to others

Excellent hotel for an overnight stay, has everything you need, if you don't have time for breakfast there are machines with the minimum necessary (for example, yogurt, ready-made salads, coffee, etc.) there is a room with microwave ovens
Nice reception, clean room, close to the airport but quiet
The renovation may be a little outdated, but everything is neat and clean, according to reviews I expected much worse
There was water and tea in the room, shower accessories
A bus goes to the airport every 15 minutes around the clock, so at 5am there were no problems getting to the airport, it takes up to 10 minutes along the road, several stops

Service: The service of this hotel is very thoughtful. Our flight was delayed. The first time I arrived, the front desk guy called my name and patiently explained to us that we almost missed the last business hours of the hot spring and restaurant because it was too late. Although their lobby boy (I found out the next day that it was a black guy) had gone off work, he led us and sent our luggage to the room. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day (cheaper than taking an Uber taxi myself).
The environment of the hotel is really beautiful, very Italian countryside, you can explore it by yourself, it is very suitable for a few days of vacation. In addition, the breakfast is really rich. I want to come to this hotel again!
Functional and well-appointed, the Best Western® Hotel Rome Airport is a modern 4 Star hotel situated very close to the main airport of Rome, the Leonardo da Vinci International Airport at Fiumicini. It is a truly strategic location for anyone stopping at the capitol during a business trip. The hotels shuttle service is particularly convenient to and from the airport, and so are the meeting rooms with the capacity and equipment necessary to meet the needs of even the most sophisticated clients. For work meetings that go on for the whole day, the hotel offers its own catering for coffee breaks and buffet service and has an excellent restaurant with menus selected by the organizers offering traditional Roman and Lazio fish dishes with excellent wines from the cellar. For those traveling by car there is ample free private parking available which makes arriving and departing from the hotel that much easier. A convenient elevator takes clients to their floors, even those clients with different disabilities who have rooms especially equipped for them. All areas are welcoming, starting from the reception (check-in 24 hours a day), to the large and bright television and reading rooms, the bar, which remains open all day long, the restaurant, and the breakfast room, where typical Italian cafeteria breakfast and buffets are served. Good only for overnight sleep while catching our next flight. Don't expect much in terms of services and amenities except for the very basic. Transfer was convenient. Do look out for the 'hotel shuttle' sign which is quite small and not prominent as you exit the airport.

I had an early flight and this is why I booked this hotel. I booked a taxi with the reception for 420am and it didn't arrive. As the hotel didn't have a 24 hour service I had no way of finding out what had happened. I then had to walk to another hotel with a 24 hour front desk service and order a taxi with them. Probably will not use this hotel again due to my experience.

The staff was absolutely amazing! super helpful and polite! However, as a budget-conscious solo traveler, getting to the hotel wasn’t the easiest. I had to go to the airport first, and from there, despite the short 5km distance, I ended up paying 35 euros for a taxi. In the morning, I had to pay another 20 euros to get back to the airport, though it was cheaper this time thanks to the reception staff booking a car in advance. The area itself is very quiet, with only one or two restaurants nearby and not much else. Honestly, if I had known I’d be spending that much just for a short stay, I would have booked a hotel at the airport instead.

The room is clean and tidy, and it is one of the rare large rooms in Europe. It is also a designated hotel for domestic crew members. Not bad. The airport bus runs every 40 minutes on average. There is a small area in front of the T3 intercity bus, parking space 1

I highly recommend this one, because I need to transfer at Rome Airport to find this one at random. This outside looks not stylish, the room decoration is not bad, after all, it is the decoration style 10 years ago, the health is good, but the front desk lady is very enthusiastic, you need to know the supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, shuttle bus are explained more clearly. Breakfast is a local regular breakfast, milk, coffee, juice, various breads, leaf cereal, eggs, sliced sausage, meat slices, etc. are not suitable for Chinese people, barely filling their stomachs. For the shuttle time, see the picture. It needs to be explained how to take the shuttle bus to the airport for the first time. Exit 4 of Terminal T3, cross the road on the sidewalk (not on the slope, you can wait on the bus platform on the slope, it is safe there), the car is waiting at the first parking space on the side of the road. I didn't see the car that I could wait there. See the picture for the license plate business card. Get on the bus and tell the driver of the hotel you are going to. The fare is 8.5€ and settles with the hotel. I spent 35€ on the first time I went to take a taxi, and I don't know why it was so expensive. Later, I came to the airport to take the shuttle bus for nucleic acid, which was affordable. Regarding eating, go out and turn left and walk forward two intersections about 200 meters to see a Chinese restaurant, the proprietress is very enthusiastic, every meal will go to the zero, you can pay WeChat RMB, I stayed for 6 days basically there to solve, Chinese restaurant right turn 50 meters ahead there is a supermarket that can also be scaled. The road in front of the hotel is separated by two paths. There are many Italian restaurants on the side. It is quite convenient here. My colleague stayed at the airport Hilton Hotel for 1400 a night. There was nothing to eat next to it. Eat and drink were all solved by the hotel.

The receptionist is kind and helpful. The room is overall clean and tidy and comfortable. The problem is that the sound insulation is very bad and u can hear people talking from everywhere. The location is quite far away from the city, u need to take a 7-9 min walk to the bus station. The hotel shuttle bus to fiumicino airport costs 8 euro. The breakfast is same every day. Overall the stay is fine, the room is ok and I slept well (the noise does not go overnight so it's not big prbl actually).

Outstanding
Jjessie3315The environment is tidy, the service staff is good, the front desk also helps to carry luggage, breakfast is better, and it is within 10 minutes' drive from the airport. The only drawback is that there is no shuttle bus to the airport, taxis are required, and taxi drivers are too close, the asking price is 30 euros, and the last 20 euros are sold. There are many restaurants and bars near the hotel, but I chose two different restaurants for two meals, and they all tasted bad, which was the worst trip in Italy.
GGuest UserVery expensive.
Sky tv not working
No usb sockets in the room too ok charge phones
Room was cold, not sure if air con was working, temperature set at 30 degrees still cold.
Messaged property about shuttle service no reply
Arrived to be told room was booked for 2 people not 3 which was the booking, given a foldable bed
GGuest UserExcellent location right next to train station and mall, plus a convenient airport shuttle for a small fee. AC was nice and cool while other hotels in Rome struggled to cool the rooms. Bed was comfortable, though I would have liked squishier pillows. All and all a nice stay at a great location.
GGuest UserMy only complaint is my room had kind of strong odor of cigarettes. The staff was nice, helpful and spoke English. The room was nice, small, but nice; I was just looking for a place to sleep after leaving the airport. The location is the biggest plus. It’s just off the Parco Leonardo stop, which is the first train stop after Fiumicino, so it’s really convenient coming from the airport and quick. It’s also set next to a shopping mall. The area is a little dirty and run down around it, but that didn’t bother me. It’s the not the part of Rome you go pictures, but it’s perfect if the first thing you want to do after a long flight is sleep. I should also mention it was cheap but a great deal for what you get.
KKoutianyangyuIt's a very grand hotel. The foyer, swimming pool, lobby and restaurant are all beautiful. It's mainly for guests with early flights, so they thoughtfully advance breakfast to 6 am. The room is not big and is quite standard. I was impressed by the friendly and enthusiastic service staff at the front desk and restaurant.
GGianfrancoThe receptionist is very polite and talented . She care about all the Clients and she is very prepared around the area . Not even at Westin excelsior you receive. Attentions and consideration as from the evening shift receptionist . Hope you treasure her as much as we are pleased with her services . Room is tidy all functions and there is a very good restaurant Calle i conti near by . Good experience
NNicole AnnThere wasn’t much around other than one restaurant and a grocery store, but just a 20 minute walk and you are to the coast where you can enjoy beaches and a few more restaurants. For a small fee, they offered a ride to the airport which was very convenient. My flight wasn’t until the evening and they let me keep my luggage there while I enjoyed a final afternoon at the beach.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very beautiful and the room is very hygienic. The first floor is arranged for us, and there is a small courtyard at the entrance. The hot water is very comfortable and the bed is comfortable. Breakfast is OK, both are very sweet breads and drinks. The service staff is also very friendly. The only fly in the ointment is that we booked the shuttle bus to the city center the next day. Before I left, I confirmed that the car was at the end of the Colosseum. The driver confirmed it. But halfway through, the driver put us down and said a lot of Italian that I don't understand, as if it was a martial law in the city center. In any case, we should inform us in advance, instead of throwing us down halfway.
AAmorfinaBThe location is very remote and inconvenient. There is no bus or transportation to reach the hotel at all, unless you drive by yourself. So it is particularly unfriendly to tourists traveling alone. If you want to come from the city center, you have to take the subway for an hour and a half and then turn to the small train. After getting off the small train, you have to walk 5 kilometers on foot, and the road is full of cars coming and going. There is no place for pedestrians to go, which is particularly unsafe. In short, it is difficult to find this hotel and it is inconvenient without a car. However, there is a bus to the airport, the price is 6 euros, but the hotel will charge 9 euros, and the other 3 euros for the hotel....It is about 5 kilometers away from the sea, and you can take uber, but it starts at 22 euros and costs 45 round trips. Oh, if you walk, it will take nearly an hour...The seaside is beautiful and worth a visit. Everyone consider it for yourself.
