Best Hotels in Fiumicino, Italy

The bed, shower, block out curtains and air-conditioning were all great. That's all I needed to recover from my flight. Shuttle bus from airport great too. Staff are not particularly friendly or helpful and It feels a bit like a youth hostel. Avoid the food options in the hotel. There's a great Cafe in the shopping mall next door, also restaurants and a huge supermarket. Train to Termini is next to hotel too.

We didn’t stay at the hotel, we had an AirBnb nearby and this was around the corner from us so we used the restaurant a couple of times. The food was fantastic! Some of the best pizza and bruschetta we had during our time in Italy. However, the service really really let it down. The first time we visited, we arrived around 10pm due to our flight’s late arrival, but we were still able to get drinks and food. Service was slow, but we appreciated that it was busy and we weren’t in any rush, but it did take a good 30+ minutes to get the bill when we were done. The food was good enough that we wanted to return a second time. The second time, we arrived and were told by a man behind the bar to go and sit down and someone would be over, so we sat by the pool. After 30/40 minutes, no one had come to us so I went to the bar to order, where I was met with “oh you can’t sit outside, we are fully booked”, even though I told her we were instructed to sit down with no reservation (the restaurant was also very quiet with many empty tables). We placed our order for two pizzas to take away instead, and stood waiting at the bar for it. When the pizza came, only one arrived, and when I asked about the second pizza they realised it hadn’t actually been ordered, so we had to wait an extra 10 minutes for it to be made. They did say we could have it on the house, but at this point I just wanted to leave 😅 We walked back to our accommodation carrying our pizza in boxes and ate it at home, and while it was still delicious I couldn’t get over how rude the staff had been to us, all because we were not guests of the hotel. All in all, the food was great, service was slow, and the staff seemed bored and irritable, as if it was an inconvenience to serve their own customers.

I really liked the hotel, especially the service, the breakfast is wonderful, close to the airport. You can take beautiful pictures of the planes that pass on the balcony. Enjoy and discover the port and beaches. You can do everything on foot, as it is very close to restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors. I highly recommend this hotel. The only thing missing was a TV with more channels or a smart TV to access Netflix, for example.

It's just that if you want to take a rest in transit, the hotel is still okay. The facilities are relatively old and the hygiene is pretty good. There is a restaurant in the hotel. When we arrived at around 9pm, the restaurant was still open and the food was pretty good. The picture is attached with the pick-up and drop-off times. The time interval is 40 minutes to one hour. The driver is still relatively punctual. Let me talk about the pick-up location. It is outside T3. There are signs outside. Follow the signs for the Hotel shuttle. As shown in the picture, we are waiting on a small alley in the middle of the road. There is a yellow line on the ground on the left side of the alley and it says Shuttle Bus. This hotel is at No. 1, so just wait where it says shuttle bus 1. There is a fee for the shuttle bus, 6 euros per person, payable at the hotel front desk.

We originally booked this for two nights in October on a room only basis through Agoda , but after our friends flew home , we decided we liked it so much that we would stay on for another two nights instead of going elsewhere in Italy.Breakfast was included this time at a very reasonable rate. Our rooms on the ground floor were of a good size with comfortable beds . Our laundry was done and we discovered a new aperitif called Aperol Spritz. We loved the friendly helpful staff. The gardens are lovely and it felt like home. If we were flying from Fiumicino again we would definitely stay here for a few days.

We saw pictures of the hotel and the price was good, a bit outside Rome but we rented a car. We booked 10 days in a handicappedroom, not refundable. My 89yo mother was traveling with us in a wheelchair. The room was not handicapped but they promised us to change us in 1 or 2 days but lied. On the way there I was in a car accident and broke 3 ribs. At the beginning of our vacation I couldn't sight see so we stayed at the hotel for 4 days and left. The 24-hour lobby was closed that first night, and there were no ice machines anywhere. The owners yell and scream at each other. Housekeeping leaves the hotel at 2pm so we couldn't get new towels or our room cleaned for 2 days and when they did, they left the dirty with my blood sheets on the bed then when I complained the wife called me a liar and said I just put that there. The cot had stains on it with no mattress protector on it. This was all day 4. We called and booked the B&B Hotel in Rome for the rest of our vacation, and wow, what a difference! Great service, clean, better breakfast, and nice happy people. If you are staying here overnight on business, I'd say it's a good deal, but if it's for a vacation, stay away. This is not a place for families and is dark in the hallways, dirty, they control the AC unit, it is a poor hotel

I chose to stay at Suite Room Fiumicino for its location close to the airport, the free private parking, and the reasonable price that includes breakfast. My room was small but had all the amenities I required, the breakfast was exactly what I was looking for and the staff was friendly. The place has a homey atmosphere and a beautiful garden. This is a place I would choose to stay again.

We spent our last night here, and had a wonderful time! First, we stayed here 5 yrs ago, but checked in later in the day and had such an early flight out, we weren't able to enjoy the grounds. This time around, we were able to get the full experience, and let me tell you, it was wonderful! The grounds are immaculetely maintained and beautiful. Our dinner was lovely (make sure to ask for patio seating when booking), Breakfast was just as nice and the people were so kind and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated. My husband and I wished we booked for two nights! Thank you all for such a great stay! P.S.: I know someone complained that they arrived early, a couple of hours before check in and couldn't use the grounds before check in...pay the extra money, it is worth it!

I originally thought that it would be convenient to live near the airport on the last day. Turns out it was inconvenient to get to this hotel from the city of Rome. We went to the airport and took a taxi for 25 Euros. Created a lot of little trouble. If you want to experience the taste of a Roman seaside fishing village, it is okay to increase your knowledge. The hotel itself is ok.
