五星酒店？泳池温泉額外收費，温泉每個池子全是36度，餐廳上菜慢的要命，訂車去機場要提前二十四小時預訂，在大堂叫了車吃，墊口零食還來趕人，快三千一間一晚的五星酒店，什麼玩意兒啊？避雷吧國人，要不是機場附近鳥不拉屎，真的狗都不來

為了趕飛機而預訂了這家酒店，在機場附近，比較陳舊，是個以水療為特色的酒店，但行程倉促沒去體驗，酒店是幾棟房子分佈在大的庭院裏，服務有些跟不上，早餐單調，也沒有禮賓拿行李，車要停在較遠的路旁

地方很偏遠，一間房間很冷，另一間房間很熱，廁所會漏水，總體環境偏暗，沒有景看，還有感覺很詭異，晚上睡不安穩。酒店的温泉區要額外付費，每位58歐。但服務員的態度是整個行程中多家酒店裡麪最好的。

Wonderful stay. The spa was great and relaxing. Food and drinks were average and not too much selection. Room was beautiful and comfy. The hotel is close to the airport but very far from the city area, so it suits better for someone who's leaving Rome or just arrived.

We have travelled all over the world since 2019. This hotel rates in the top 3 . The restaurant & room were excellent. The service professional & accomodating. Next time in Rome we will spend longer at this hotel.

It is more like a spa resort than a hotel , many complaints about its services are true. If you don’t make a reservation in advance before you arrive at hotel, you will be starving.
