First of all, the free 24-hour airport shuttle bus is definitely the highlight of this hotel. You can wait for the bus on the safety island in the middle of the road when you exit Gate 3 of Terminal T3. It takes a short time to get to the hotel. It is also very convenient to get to the airport by bus at the hotel entrance. Second: The storage service is great. I left my suitcase at the front desk of the hotel when I went to Mallorca for three days, and it was completely free when I checked in when I came back. It saved me 800 yuan in luggage fees! Third: The hotel requires a card to enter the room, which is safe. The room is medium in size, but the bathroom is very large. If I were in Rome, I would like to stay in this hotel and take the T-brand bus to the airport for 12 euros round trip. It is very cost-effective (the bus goes directly to the central railway station in 45 minutes. The price on Ctrip is very good

Service: The service of this hotel is very thoughtful. Our flight was delayed. The first time I arrived, the front desk guy called my name and patiently explained to us that we almost missed the last business hours of the hot spring and restaurant because it was too late. Although their lobby boy (I found out the next day that it was a black guy) had gone off work, he led us and sent our luggage to the room. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day (cheaper than taking an Uber taxi myself).
The environment of the hotel is really beautiful, very Italian countryside, you can explore it by yourself, it is very suitable for a few days of vacation. In addition, the breakfast is really rich. I want to come to this hotel again!

Everything else was good, except that the whole room had a strong fragrance when I checked in, which was a bit unbearable. My family used clothes to fan it for a long time. I felt that it took at least half an hour.
Functional and well-appointed, the Best Western® Hotel Rome Airport is a modern 4 Star hotel situated very close to the main airport of Rome, the Leonardo da Vinci International Airport at Fiumicini. It is a truly strategic location for anyone stopping at the capitol during a business trip. The hotels shuttle service is particularly convenient to and from the airport, and so are the meeting rooms with the capacity and equipment necessary to meet the needs of even the most sophisticated clients. For work meetings that go on for the whole day, the hotel offers its own catering for coffee breaks and buffet service and has an excellent restaurant with menus selected by the organizers offering traditional Roman and Lazio fish dishes with excellent wines from the cellar. For those traveling by car there is ample free private parking available which makes arriving and departing from the hotel that much easier. A convenient elevator takes clients to their floors, even those clients with different disabilities who have rooms especially equipped for them. The pleasant and cordial atmosphere offered by a staff with more than 20 years of experience in the hotel business, rooms that are welcoming, as well as a great cuisine, all contribute to making the Best Western® Hotel Rome Airport the ideal place to stay during a tourist visit. All areas are welcoming, starting from the reception (check-in 24 hours a day), to the large and bright television and reading rooms, the bar, which remains open all day long, the restaurant, and the breakfast room, where typical Italian cafeteria breakfast and buffets are served. Where not included in the rate, breakfast can be purchased at the hotel, at 7 EUR per person, per day. City fee excluded (3 EUR per night, per adult over 10 years old) and 10% VAT included.

Hotel provides airport shuttle, however difficult to find the pick up point at the airport. Room was very clean with blackout curtains, bed was very comfortable, bad room and shower are very small. Staff at Reception and restaurant is very polite. Swimming and Gym are very modern. Had a late Dinner at the on-site restaurant, delicious with reasonable price. Breakfast in the morning with many choices. Enjoyed my layover and would book it again!

The staff was absolutely amazing! super helpful and polite! However, as a budget-conscious solo traveler, getting to the hotel wasn’t the easiest. I had to go to the airport first, and from there, despite the short 5km distance, I ended up paying 35 euros for a taxi. In the morning, I had to pay another 20 euros to get back to the airport, though it was cheaper this time thanks to the reception staff booking a car in advance. The area itself is very quiet, with only one or two restaurants nearby and not much else. Honestly, if I had known I’d be spending that much just for a short stay, I would have booked a hotel at the airport instead.

The room is nice, the restaurant's food is also good, it's very close to the airport, many flight attendants choose to stay here, the hotel's airport drop-off service is very thoughtful, I will come again next time.

The environment is OK, the room is quite big, you can book a special bus to go to the airport, 7 euros a person, 10 minutes drive from the airport, breakfast is small, very general, but the front desk has a small brother 24 hours, can communicate at any time, cute and Good talk, there is a supermarket nearby, a snack street, and I left the food stalls of the local family to drive around the night before leaving Rome.

Jjessie3315The environment is tidy, the service staff is good, the front desk also helps to carry luggage, breakfast is better, and it is within 10 minutes' drive from the airport. The only drawback is that there is no shuttle bus to the airport, taxis are required, and taxi drivers are too close, the asking price is 30 euros, and the last 20 euros are sold. There are many restaurants and bars near the hotel, but I chose two different restaurants for two meals, and they all tasted bad, which was the worst trip in Italy.
NNadezdaWe have to spend the New Year 2024 at this place (arrived late at Fuimichino and Tiber looked like the best option in the area).
I would say that the location was good, with a partial see view and pretty quiet. I also liked the choice of cafes around (small place serving fresh grilled fish and seafood is really the BEST!). Thought the hotel bar is definitely overpriced.
The parking is right in front, you can also use the shuttle bus to Rome which is very convenient and fast.
The room was spacious. Buuuut the furniture was definitely and visibly worn out. Guys, please, do smth with it.
And the general attitude of the stuff was, let's say, cool. They showed no interest in you. I understand that the hotel is mostly used as a stopover by the travellers so the stuff doesn't bother. But for a NY (and in general) more warmth would change a lot.
GGuest UserExcellent location right next to train station and mall, plus a convenient airport shuttle for a small fee. AC was nice and cool while other hotels in Rome struggled to cool the rooms. Bed was comfortable, though I would have liked squishier pillows. All and all a nice stay at a great location.
GGuest UserMy only complaint is my room had kind of strong odor of cigarettes. The staff was nice, helpful and spoke English. The room was nice, small, but nice; I was just looking for a place to sleep after leaving the airport. The location is the biggest plus. It’s just off the Parco Leonardo stop, which is the first train stop after Fiumicino, so it’s really convenient coming from the airport and quick. It’s also set next to a shopping mall. The area is a little dirty and run down around it, but that didn’t bother me. It’s the not the part of Rome you go pictures, but it’s perfect if the first thing you want to do after a long flight is sleep. I should also mention it was cheap but a great deal for what you get.
GGuest UserHotel a short distance from Fiumicino airport, functional, welcoming, very clean and comfortable rooms and with an excellent quality/price ratio. There is a restaurant inside where you can eat various traditional Italian and Lazio dishes. It also has a swimming pool and shuttle service to and from the airport
GGianfrancoThe receptionist is very polite and talented . She care about all the Clients and she is very prepared around the area . Not even at Westin excelsior you receive. Attentions and consideration as from the evening shift receptionist . Hope you treasure her as much as we are pleased with her services . Room is tidy all functions and there is a very good restaurant Calle i conti near by . Good experience
SscarletThe hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, seaside and airport/ Rome bus stop.
The hotel workers are very friendly and willing to help.
The mattress is just right, very comfortable.
No water boiler in the room, family with small babies need to prepare other solutions.
Elevator is not working properly, but can store stroller in the storage room.
DDongyaoHi, don’t give me wrong, it’s not a bad hotel! Low score is not towards the hotel but to the FCO. I got a late arrival flight, and were mind set for a rip off taxi. Yet, I was in lieu but all of sudden told that I need to go to the other side to take a taxi, by the ground transportation control personnel. Yap, I obeyed and went there, and took a taxi. There we go! The start of the scam. 85 euro, I took that, no problem, since it was 1:00 AM, and I do respect people work that shift. I can see the scanner to charge on CC, but I was told I have to pay cash, which is also ok. I am not ready for that much cash, and we went to an ATM, and it didn’t work ofc since it’s an international transaction. So, I was asked for $150 for the total. Wait a minute, $150 = €85? I am at least an elementary graduate man, and I do know the math. After all the mouthwatering drying process, I was off the hook, by telling I don’t mind to be offloaded and got police attended. Finally, I checked in the hotel 2:00 AM or so and by then I started the good time. Nice front desk, and more than expected room space. The location is not really good, but the scenery is perfect. The breakfast is a good start, and once I decided I will go to Rome by public transportation, I do find the option. That’s the story: no complain to the hotel, but not feeling so well with FCO. Overall, do money change as more than you thought before you are in Rome.
AAmorfinaBThe location is very remote and inconvenient. There is no bus or transportation to reach the hotel at all, unless you drive by yourself. So it is particularly unfriendly to tourists traveling alone. If you want to come from the city center, you have to take the subway for an hour and a half and then turn to the small train. After getting off the small train, you have to walk 5 kilometers on foot, and the road is full of cars coming and going. There is no place for pedestrians to go, which is particularly unsafe. In short, it is difficult to find this hotel and it is inconvenient without a car. However, there is a bus to the airport, the price is 6 euros, but the hotel will charge 9 euros, and the other 3 euros for the hotel....It is about 5 kilometers away from the sea, and you can take uber, but it starts at 22 euros and costs 45 round trips. Oh, if you walk, it will take nearly an hour...The seaside is beautiful and worth a visit. Everyone consider it for yourself.
