Wonderful stay at the hotel - professional staff at the reception desk and check in was seamless. Hotel is very impressive and beautiful grounds . Good spread for breakfast and it was really value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel . We stayed for one night to catch an early flight out of Rome so proximity to the airport was really convenient. T

We stayed here to catch our flight early the next day so it was perfect for our needs. It was clean, the restaurant was delightful, and the staff was friendly. The bathroom was the biggest one we had in the entire country. If you need a place by the airport this is great especially because they have a shuttle that picks you up and drops you off which was exactly what we needed.

An absolutely wonderful stay that exceeded my expectations! This Hilton truly went above and beyond. The front desk staff at check-in were incredibly warm and professional. I usually pay with a credit card for the deposit, but I didn't have one with me this time. When I asked if I could pay cash, they immediately told me a deposit wasn't necessary, which was a huge help and something I'm very grateful for! I had booked a twin room, and because I was traveling with my child, the staff proactively upgraded me to a room with an extra bed, free of charge. No additional fees were charged at all, which was really thoughtful. The room itself was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. What truly surprised me was the excellent soundproofing – I couldn't hear any outside noise at all, not even the planes taking off or landing. I slept incredibly well. For anyone catching an early flight the next morning, the location is unbeatable. It's less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel to Terminal 3, and the entire path is via an indoor walkway. No need to go outside, so you don't have to worry about sun, rain, or dragging luggage. It's just so convenient! Service, facilities, cleanliness, and location were all impeccable. I will definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation the next time I'm at Rome Airport, and I'll be recommending it to all my friends! ❤️

The hotel itself was clean and the location was convenient. The room was comfortable and well maintained. However, the experience at reception was not very pleasant. Maybe the receptionist had a rough night shift, but the welcome felt quite cold and not very friendly. A simple greeting or a more helpful attitude would make a big difference for guests arriving at the hotel. I hope the service at the front desk can improve, because the hotel has good potential overall.

Hi, don’t give me wrong, it’s not a bad hotel! Low score is not towards the hotel but to the FCO. I got a late arrival flight, and were mind set for a rip off taxi. Yet, I was in lieu but all of sudden told that I need to go to the other side to take a taxi, by the ground transportation control personnel. Yap, I obeyed and went there, and took a taxi. There we go! The start of the scam. 85 euro, I took that, no problem, since it was 1:00 AM, and I do respect people work that shift. I can see the scanner to charge on CC, but I was told I have to pay cash, which is also ok. I am not ready for that much cash, and we went to an ATM, and it didn’t work ofc since it’s an international transaction. So, I was asked for $150 for the total. Wait a minute, $150 = €85? I am at least an elementary graduate man, and I do know the math. After all the mouthwatering drying process, I was off the hook, by telling I don’t mind to be offloaded and got police attended. Finally, I checked in the hotel 2:00 AM or so and by then I started the good time. Nice front desk, and more than expected room space. The location is not really good, but the scenery is perfect. The breakfast is a good start, and once I decided I will go to Rome by public transportation, I do find the option. That’s the story: no complain to the hotel, but not feeling so well with FCO. Overall, do money change as more than you thought before you are in Rome.

The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. We are not smokers and we have two young children. We had a disadvantage with the wrong department code but they resolved it and were very kind. The apartment is comfortable and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

The room is large, but it is too old. There is a hot water bottle and a small kitchen. The other room is in the corner building. It is very awkward. There are three beds. We 3 people knew that we would not book 2 rooms.

Marco, who greeted us was so very welcoming, he explained how everything worked, arranged a friend of his to give us a lift to the airport the next morning. We were starving when we arrived late, on a Sunday evening. He found us somewhere to eat and let the restaurant know that we were on our way. The room was fine, a little tired, but suited our needs, as we were only there for one night, before flying out of Rome Fiumicino. Thanks Marco for all your help. Jo & Graeme

The receptionist is kind and helpful. The room is overall clean and tidy and comfortable. The problem is that the sound insulation is very bad and u can hear people talking from everywhere. The location is quite far away from the city, u need to take a 7-9 min walk to the bus station. The hotel shuttle bus to fiumicino airport costs 8 euro. The breakfast is same every day. Overall the stay is fine, the room is ok and I slept well (the noise does not go overnight so it's not big prbl actually).
