Nuovo hotel sul lungarno a 30 minuti a piedi dal centro di Firenze. Purtroppo è carente in troppe cose: - camera sbagliata. Prenotato per camera deluxe vista Arno ma ci hanno fatto alloggiare in una superior. Al momento del check out, nonostante abbia fatto presente il problema, mi hanno fatto pagare per una deluxe adducendo come scusa che la differenza era di soli 20 euro (nonostante la differenza fosse di 80 euro). Chiesto per mail di essere contattato dal responsabile non ho ancora avuto risposta (ho aspettato 3 giorni prima di recensire in attesa di una scusa ufficiale) - area SPA discreta ma lasciata spenta. Quindi sauna e bagno turco freddi. - torniamo in stanza dopo 1 ora di SPA e troviamo la porta aperta. Stessa cosa il giorno dopo a fine giornata (quindi porta rimasta aperta tutto il giorno). Receptionist da colpa alla governante. - colazione scadente. Chiedo una semplice omelette con marmellata e torna indietro il cameriere con solo la marmellata dicendo che lo chef non fa omelette. 4 torte il primo giorno. 3 torte il secondo (quella di mele era finita e le crostate erano le stesse del giorno prima).

Hotel meraviglioso, servizi ai massimi livelli , personale molto gentile e servizievole pronto ad esaudire ogni possibile richiesta e informazione . Camere molto spaziose molto pulite ed accoglienti . Servizio di ristorazione e colazione strepitoso. Il sevizio di reception è top tutti bravissimi in particolare il sig. Paolo sempre molto attento per far sentire a propria casa gli ospiti. COMPLIMENTI

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare per un convegno lavorativo presso il Columbus.. Paolo, Massimo, Michela, Alessandro, Domenico, Marco, Carolina e tutto lo staff dal custode all’ impresa di pulizia sono le 5 stelle e più, di questo HOTEL! Massima accoglienza, sorrisi, gentilezza, coccolati e assistiti come non mai! Complimenti al proprietario che si è circondato di personale qualificato e professionale!
