A great place to stay, well located, near the train station to downtown, with a supermarket nearby and several good places to eat. Lara and Lorenzo are very welcoming, kind and attentive, and are always available in case of any problem. The balcony is great for having lunch or dinner, or just a coffee.

I stayed in Il Grillo di Firenze during my third visit to Florence. This was the best accommodation. The B&B is well situated on a tram line giving access to the city center and the Firenze airport. Caring, informative, and gracious hosts. The neighborhood is quiet and 10-15 minutes away from Firenze SMN train station via tram. The B&B included a satisfying breakfast to start a day of tourism.

This was the best place to stay if you're coming to Florence! The rooms were clean, and the location was very close to public transportation. Lara and Lorenzo were the best hosts we could ask for ! They were very kind and very helpful! Breakfast was always delicious! Next time we come to Italy I will be staying here!

The perfect place to stay in Florence. such sweet hosts and everything was clean and perfect. Also close to transportation. The breakfast in the morning was also good. Comfortable bed. Private clean shower. The host took the time to explain everything and give me a map of the city.

My friend and I stayed 1 night at this BNB and in Florence. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Lara was very lovely, easy to each for questions, and did great with recommendations of places to eat/visit. Place is within a 6 minute walk from a train/bus stop which was super convenient. Breakfast options were super tasty as well!

Stay here, it's amazing. A really comfortable room with ensuite bathroom. Lovely breakfast. Tram only 7 minute walk. 10 Very easy to hop into famous places by bus or train for only 1.50 per ride. Lorenzo was very helpful. He answered all my queries promptly. I cannot fault this place. He also made great coffee

From start to finish, everything in Grillo Firenze was excellent. Lara was extremely helpful in helping with directions. As I was going to my Neice's Wedding in Villa Corsini, she recommended a local Beauty Salon/Hairdressers. Also some local Taxis. Lara is a Lady & Lorenzo a Gentleman.
