The hotel has potential. Well located, with a beautiful mto view depending on the room. Allowable breakfast, without a lot of variety but just for value. But it ends there. It's falling pieces. Rooms can be swallowed. I booked a room with a couple bed request, I was put on a single bed, and they didn't move a finger to solve the situation. The next day, they switched me from the room, after a lot of insistence pq the room telephone I was not working, I forgot an object in the room and it took more than one month to send me. It was more than 20 days with my money (I had already sent the value of the mail) and without answering, answering e-mail, nothing. There was general incompetence. In addition, I saw them conducting reproachable conduct with other guests. If they enjoyed it was a competition fds in the city (consequently with much movement) and cancelled bookings made by site as booking, only for the person to have q booking private superfaturated. All was a chaos. I would never come back.

After showing my passport at check-in, the front desk kept asking me voucher, but I showed him and continued to ask me for it. I did n’t listen to any explanations. Excellent hotel. I'm evaluating without check-out yet, but I liked the stay here. Room large, spacious bathroom with the box of the big shower, gas heating, warm water and very pressure. Breakfast with a lot of salty and sweet options. Free and covered parking costs 10,00. Great value of the day, we pay 270,00 with the ISS fee. A perfect hydromassage bathroom, academy with quality devices. We were received by Mr Eduardo from an incredible education and attention, my wife and I have been feeling customers for years, and that was only the first time we hosted here. The 5th star came due to the attention we gave, needed to go to the San José multi-use arena, the other Kennedy hotel is in front of the gym, Mr. Eduardo contacted the reception there and reported that he was asking for a vacation in the parking lot to leave the car without extra cost.

We were looking for the hotel to take care of an event in the city and INTERCLASS had a good cost-benefit, but ours was disappointed. We asked for a soup and a omelet and it took hours. The receptionist said it was because the restaurant was very full and I understand, but did it not just take a phone to give a opinion? If you were not able to take care of the number of guests, please contact more personally or do not lotter the hotel. The rooms were also very tie together, so I could hear all my neighbor spoke and even when he was lying in bed because the wall of my whole room was swinging. The hotel was also near the event site, so it has a good location and despite the lack of staff at the hotel, the team was very careful and I did not account for the unstable care.

Ficamos no hotel agora no Carnaval. No geral o hotel é muito bom. Possui uma estrutura boa, com piscina aquecida, sauna, espaço Kids muito bom, estacionamento coberto e o melhor com uma praia praticamente dentro do hotel. Um praia tranquila, indicada principalmente para crianças. Não possui academia no hotel, mas frente a ele tem uma. O cafe da manhã é muito bom mas o restaurante nem tanto. Precisam melhorar a qualidade e a variedade do que servem. Mas ok, se comer uma refeição ou outra. Limpeza dos quartos, gostei tb, a Jéssica camareira é uma simpatia e prestativa. As toalhas e roupas de camas estão um pouco gastas. Como viemos no Carnaval e o hotel somente tinha 1 elevador, sempre ficava congestionado e precisa tb de uma reforma para que ele nao esquente bastante. Em sua maioria, os funcionários são educados. Deixei por último para destacar a cordialidade e carinho dos funcionários Rafael e Dayane. Com certeza eles fizeram toda a diferenca na nossa estadia. Ficamos encantados com eles. Estão de parabéns, nosso muito obrigada!

Hotel located on the sea side with a wonderful view of the Hercilio Luz Bridge, postcard of Florianópolis. New facilities. The restaurant has little variety of dishes, which forces the guest to look for other external options, which are not good too. The hotel is well isolated. I recommend it.
