Charming hotel in the expansion, in the region of Lagoa da Conceição, near the Mole and Joaquina beaches. The location is excellent, but it has no panoramic view, it is on a quiet street. The facilities are extremely comfortable and the first-line accessories. The managers and the management team's attention is imperfect: personalized, requested and helping in all possible aspects. High points: It was the bed in which I had the greatest comfort in recent years, Trussardi's towels and towels, L'Occitane's bath products and breakfast: soft and boring, with the charm of being able to serve in the room itself. It has the spa service we can't use for a relatively short stay. Finally, it was a memorable experience and I would recommend to everyone that they should enjoy at least once when they come to Florianópolis. It's expensive, but every cent has been spent well.

The apartment, it seems you are in a bad Airbnb, very simple need of a general reform, especially the bathroom, which despite having been good bath, is super old even! The hotel has potential. Well located, with a beautiful mto view depending on the room. Allowable breakfast, without a lot of variety but just for value. But it ends there. It's falling pieces. Rooms can be swallowed. I booked a room with a couple bed request, I was put on a single bed, and they didn't move a finger to solve the situation. The next day, they switched me from the room, after a lot of insistence pq the room telephone I was not working, I forgot an object in the room and it took more than one month to send me. It was more than 20 days with my money (I had already sent the value of the mail) and without answering, answering e-mail, nothing. There was general incompetence. In addition, I saw them conducting reproachable conduct with other guests. If they enjoyed it was a competition fds in the city (consequently with much movement) and cancelled bookings made by site as booking, only for the person to have q booking private superfaturated. All was a chaos. I would never come back.

Very clean!!! All star staff!!! Nice hardwood/tile floors. Very good continental breakfast and also the room service was tasty and quick! Security elevator was a plus. We went to Florianópolis to make a competition and looked for a hotel with great cost benefit. TV works perfectly with channels by signature. The hotel is located in a corner and in the centre, it has everything nearby (apotheke, market, pancake, coffee, Havan). Because I stayed in a corner, some assessments suggest staying in higher floors, I stayed in the 5th floor and the noise didn't bother me a little, when I wanted more silence, closed the windows and everything was resolved (it was cold, The city was full during our stay, so my husband and I stayed in a room with 02 single beds. I spoke to the reception days before check-in and asked for the beds union. They joined and put a soft coat and we almost never realized that they were two beds united. You can stay without fear, the hotel will take care of you. He is true to the cost benefit!

We were looking for the hotel to take care of an event in the city and INTERCLASS had a good cost-benefit, but ours was disappointed. We asked for a soup and a omelet and it took hours. The receptionist said it was because the restaurant was very full and I understand, but did it not just take a phone to give a opinion? If you were not able to take care of the number of guests, please contact more personally or do not lotter the hotel. The rooms were also very tie together, so I could hear all my neighbor spoke and even when he was lying in bed because the wall of my whole room was swinging. The hotel was also near the event site, so it has a good location and despite the lack of staff at the hotel, the team was very careful and I did not account for the unstable care.

Beach and Pool: There is no recreation or monitoring in the pool, but nothing to catch. Beach service was ok, but to pick up a chair and keep sun in the most moving days, come early (in the period that was there, a staffer was missing that was sick, so the beach service was a little compromised). Location: Well in the heart of the English, many restaurants, markets, shops at the hotel door. You just need to pick up the car if you really want. Parking: Payment part - R$ 30/dia.

The hotel has potential. Well located, with a beautiful mto view depending on the room. Allowable breakfast, without a lot of variety but just for value. But it ends there. It's falling pieces. Rooms can be swallowed. I booked a room with a couple bed request, I was put on a single bed, and they didn't move a finger to solve the situation. The next day, they switched me from the room, after a lot of insistence pq the room telephone I was not working, I forgot an object in the room and it took more than one month to send me. It was more than 20 days with my money (I had already sent the value of the mail) and without answering, answering e-mail, nothing. There was general incompetence. In addition, I saw them conducting reproachable conduct with other guests. If they enjoyed it was a competition fds in the city (consequently with much movement) and cancelled bookings made by site as booking, only for the person to have q booking private superfaturated. All was a chaos. I would never come back.
