Charming hotel in the expansion, in the region of Lagoa da Conceição, near the Mole and Joaquina beaches. The location is excellent, but it has no panoramic view, it is on a quiet street. The facilities are extremely comfortable and the first-line accessories. The managers and the management team's attention is imperfect: personalized, requested and helping in all possible aspects. High points: It was the bed in which I had the greatest comfort in recent years, Trussardi's towels and towels, L'Occitane's bath products and breakfast: soft and boring, with the charm of being able to serve in the room itself. It has the spa service we can't use for a relatively short stay. Finally, it was a memorable experience and I would recommend to everyone that they should enjoy at least once when they come to Florianópolis. It's expensive, but every cent has been spent well.

I leave my negative assessment 1/5 that can place on the account of the indigenous official (name Cynthia), who was most of the time moving on a notebook in the kitchen. I suppose I have a role to guide the other staff, but I must have been getting the same thing in the evil face all the time, I was in good hands to the cell phone while waiting for the dish I asked for in the night, and I realized that someone was looking at me. When I looked at that creature, he measured me from above to below, and the next day I sat to ask for a bean. Then she came to the girl who made the requests and asked ”Will he ask something?” , as if I were to send me to a place else. Therefore I met the implication with me. So good officials seeking recognition and put a person with a the most important thing is the widespread behaviour of the company, taking one with its client free of charge.

Simple hostel located in front of the bus integration terminal of Lagoa da Conceição! Simple, spacious room. The room had to be changed due to the noise of the air-conditioned drain and the water column of the building. The new room was better, with a good bed! Both rooms we stayed needed cleaning the filters of air conditioners, which I finished doing! No garage, car is on the street! Good cost-benefit!
