"Stayed at this hotel in June 2025. The staff were more interested in looking after wedding guests that were not actually staying at this hotel, service was not what you would expect from such a beautiful hotel. I asked the manager for afternoon tea with my wife we waited 30 minutes no tea? I went to find out what the delay was only to find the manager sat at a table on his phone, sorry I forgot. The tea was served within minutes. This was not the only time we were over looked. We decided to have a light lunch toasted sandwich, this was nothing short of disgusting ( see photo) the Chiefs should be ashamed of themselves, to disguise the burnt toasted sandwich the Chief’s turned the sandwich over. I made my feelings clear. The room we stayed in was okay, sadly the air conditioning failed and was not fixed for 24 hours. The beach is nice and quiet in the week gets busy at the weekend. Note there is a lot of steps going down and back up. I personally wouldn’t go back."

"Lovely rooms, great supportive staff who helped us deal with booking issues at the onset. Patient with English speaking Americans. Thank you so very much Stefania! Clean, modern, recently built. Good value. Great food and food/ bar service. Wonderful views of the mountains and the sea in the distance from the rooftop. We happily recommend and we will return. The spa amenities were not yet available but we look forward to enjoying them upon our next visit."

"Unpleasant experience at this renowned Neapolitan pizzeria. When we received our pizza, we noticed and pointed out that it wasn't what the menu said. We pointed this out to the waiter. His response? "Do we even have to change it?" Accompanied by a laugh and a lot of rudeness. Worse still, after pointing this out to the manager, he very kindly took the pizza back to the kitchen. Another JOKE: the same pizza was returned to us, served by the manager himself, reheated, in my opinion. So we're being kidded. So much notoriety, so little substance."
