The apartment is on the second floor with lift of a quiet building on the central Via della Conca, with a reserved parking space. Equipped with all comforts and practical for those who do not have a car and want to move around easily in the neighbouring localities on foot or by bus as there is a bus stop just a few metres away. A reserved parking space in a private area. Only 700 metres away on foot is the railway station from which Rome and Naples can be reached in just over an hour. At 600 m there is the embarkation point for the ferries to the Pontine Islands. At 2 km we find the renowned beach of Vindicio for surf lovers, at 7 km we have Gaeta, at 18 km there is Sperlonga, to enjoy the magnificent white sandy beaches in addition to the magnificent monuments, youth clubs and as many fine restaurants.
