Just re-released 12/15/2023 as we just got our Certificate of Occupancy 12/11/2023 We always had a perfect 5 star rating with 100's of stays and now the place is nicer than ever!!! ALL NEW: -Exterior stucco and paint -Jacuzzi 8 person with heater (filtration runs 24 hours per day) -Outdoor Shower -Appliances: washer/dryer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave -Complete house of new furniture -New Windows & Doors -New Parking for up to 4 cars in front ( 2 tandem parking spaces=4 cars total) You have the entire top floor of this building -New travertine walkway in the back -New Outdoor seating with 3 tables seats 16+ -New Central Air Conditioning -New Decorations and Paint - Over 40 Palm Trees and Plants planted -New Beach chairs & Beach towels -New Bikes -Jacuzzi motherboard has malfunction the jacuzzi is under repair.
