Nice and clean hotel in the walking distance of the centre of Forte dei Marmi and beach. About 5km from spiaggia libera. Will recommend and defo visit again.

It’s an ok hotel. You get what you pay for. The aircondition was bad. Big thumbs up for the bike rental. Great service from the staff.

Located a few steps from the center of this elegant seaside resort we find this family-run hotel with helpful and kind staff. The rooms are well furnished, clean, comfortable and have a large balcony, safe, minibar, large LCD TV and hairdryer in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet is Italian style with a wide choice of sweet products (it is possible to order savory dishes, for a fee). You can also have lunch or dinner in the structure, with meat or fish courses, there is no shortage of dishes for vegetarians, the portions are generous, the quality is good and the price honest. The hotel also has a gym and car park (for a fee), and there is also the possibility to rent bicycles. Good value for money and the location makes it certainly a good choice for a stay in this beautiful location.

Truly the worst hotel experience ever. I show up last Friday with my lady to spend a couple of days at the beach. Upon arrival at the hotel, the owner of the hotel tells us that she cannot find the reservation, that the hotel was full and that we would have to arrange somewhere else (a weekend in July in Forte dei Marmi!). I would like to point out that the room reservation had been made a few days earlier by my sister-in-law who had already been a guest of the hotel for 1 week with her husband and daughter. The booking was made by my sister-in-law talking face-to-face with a hotel employee and at the same time with me on the phone, so the ****** was all done by the hotel. We had to look for a free hotel in Forte dei Marmi for more than 1 hour (in July during the weekend!) And by a miracle after an exhausting search we found one for more than € 250 per night. In other words, double the cost of a room at the Hotel Pigalle. When we pointed out to the owner that everything was caused by her and that at least she should have made us get out only the money corresponding to the cost of a room at the Pigalle and that she should have covered the difference, the lady said that it was true that the ****** had all been done by her and her collaborators but for us they would never have raised a penny. In other words, she didn't give a damn. Embarrassing.

We stayed in the Pigalle Hotel for two nights and we immediately noticed the strong points and those not. As a property it is very nice, with modern interiors and good general cleanliness. The outdoor breakfast room is very nice, sunny and well laid out. Ok breakfast. The only sore point, the staff ... Disorganized and lacking all the requests made. We asked for a very common medicine, and they didn't have it, the same happened after we asked for a mask, which is inadmissible in times of a pandemic. Surely the worst thing is the absence of a luggage room for departures. A real shame because the structure is not bad.

Hotel vicino al centro e alla spiaggia molto pulito e con un prezzo ragionevole. La camera non era molto grande, l'unico neo era che avevamo il bagno per disabili e non aveva il bidet. Ho soggiornato tre giorni con mio marito facendo la mezza pensione e ci siamo trovati bene, anche con la cucina.

Tutto sommato il problema sta in cucina, i primi piatti specialmente la pasta lunga stracotto, una ricerca di nomi sui piatti che non corrispondono, nessun piatto di tradizione Toscana. I prodotti di scarsa qualità. Il personale molto gentile anche se diversi improvvisati, ma conoscendo le difficoltà nel reperire personale qualificato ci può stare.

Hotel a 200 m dal centro di forte dei marmi Le stanze sono pulite e il personale è super gentile e disponibile, sono molto alla mano e hanno un sorriso per tutti. Consiglio vivamente la mezza pensione, menu vario e con molta scelta ogni giorno e complimenti allo chef, abbiamo mangiato benissimo tutti i giorni. Esperienza molto positiva!
