Room was spacious with 2 double beds and clean as well. Alot of space to put luggages. Very convenient location with train station just underneath the hotel. It also close to CBD area and lots of restaurants around. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This serviced apartment is fully equipped and boasts a central location. An Avis car rental is conveniently located downstairs, and parking spaces can be booked, making it ideal for those traveling by car. A key feature is that rooms are cleaned once a week, with daily upkeep being the guest's responsibility. Despite this, the room was impeccably clean upon my arrival. High floors offer stunning city views, though the blue tint on the windows regrettably causes photos to be slightly color-distorted. The Sichuan restaurant downstairs is also quite good.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The lobby is grand and elegant, the room is spacious and bright, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer a superb view. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring I slept soundly until I naturally woke up. The bathroom features a convenient wet/dry separation, and all the toiletries are premium brands. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, proactively helping with our luggage and offering excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a sophisticated and exquisitely prepared Chinese and Western buffet. The gym and swimming pool facilities are new, well-maintained, and were never crowded. The location is also incredibly convenient, within walking distance to the main shopping district and the metro station. It offers superb value for money, and I highly recommend it!

As a solo traveler, I found this hostel to be excellent. It felt very safe and was wonderfully quiet. The only minor downside was the uphill walk to get there, which was a bit challenging with luggage. In the evenings, the surrounding area was quite quiet, and food options were limited. Interestingly, there were many Korean guests during my stay. I shared a 4-bed dorm with one Malaysian and two Korean roommates.

Overall very pleasant experience. Clean and well prepared rooms. Enough space to place the luggages. Staff members are very polite and helpful. A king sized bed was mistakenly placed for us when we requested 2 regular sized beds. The staff offered to send in a bed as a compromise for one night, and the man who brought the bed to our room was very polite and careful. The location is also close to a bunch of spots and food courts, making it an excellent choice to stay at for multiple days.

The hotel staff are very thoughtful. We booked for two adults and one child, and they had everything prepared upon our arrival, including an extra bed with additional towels, soap, and other essentials. The location is fantastic—everything is within walking distance. The front desk staff are kind and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we need. I even left some belongings behind, and they responded promptly to resolve the issue. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very satisfied stay, the room was large and the view from the window was beautiful It arrived at 12 o'clock on the day of check-in, but it was necessary to check in at 2 o'clock. Four of us booked two rooms. The front desk also gave us a room. From the hotel, walk to Queen Street for about 15 minutes. The opposite side of the hotel is the cruise ship pier. From here you can take a boat to Longbai Zoo If next time, definitely stay again

We booked this hotel for 8 nights, 1 bedroom apartment with a living room and balcony, kitchen with stove and fridge, bathroom with washing machine and dryer. The location is so convenient, in the centre of the city, walking distances to ******, riverside, botanic garden, shopping malls, bus and train station. Excellent!! Highly recommended!!

The hotel is close to the central train station and there are many supermarkets nearby. Because there was a typhoon during our stay, we had to stay an extra night. The cost was very expensive, about AUD 296. If you don't want to move your luggage to another hotel, it's worth it. There are shopping malls and good restaurants nearby. This hotel has a very good arrangement, if the room permits, you can check in early. But don't stay in a room close to the road, as there will be a lot of noise.
