"I stayed at this hotel for one night during a long layover. My friend picked me up from the airport, so it only took about 15 minutes to get there by car. The room was clean, and the bed was large and comfortable, which was great. However, there were hardly any amenities, so you'll need to bring your own toothbrush, body soap, shampoo, etc. A hairdryer was provided, and there were two types of towels. Breakfast was a simple, home-style meal, but it was perfectly sufficient for a one-night stay. If you're staying for multiple nights and want something different, there's a McDonald's nearby that you could use."

Loved the complimentary laundry on level3. Would definitely be back but would recommend staying on higher floors."

While the customer service was good, the housekeeping standards need improvement."

"The hotel is great! It's conveniently located, about a 10-15 minute walk to South Bank Parklands. It's also just a 3-stop bus ride to the city, 2 stops to the University of Queensland, and only 1 stop to the Unilodge student accommodation. The free fruit at the hotel was delicious. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time."
