"Warning they charge $40 extra for Parking. They hit you with that at check-in even though the booking says parking space!!! Room smells like a blocked drain…… The Balcony is the only positive thing about the place!! Great view and a good size."

High Street Apartments Toowong Hotels in Brisbane

High Street Apartments Toowong

"The service was quick and friendly and the apartment is of good size. I think the master bathroom can be bigger but as it was single occupancy in that room, it worked fine."

Kooii Apartments Hotels in Brisbane

Kooii Apartments

"The Kooii apartment hotel is nice. We stayed in the double bath and bed rooms. The room is tidy and clean. High cost effectiveness comparing to the traditional hotel in terms of room size, clothes washing and cooking by your own. The only problem is there are some pubs downstairs. It is quite noisy during the night of weekend. Highly recommended to all travellers who are going to spend few days in Brisbane."

Rydges Fortitude Valley Brisbane Hotels in Brisbane

Rydges Fortitude Valley Brisbane

"Arrived on a family trip and the car park was full actually overflowing with cars parked everywhere. Called reception who said they don’t guarantee parking for guests and suggest finding parking elsewhere and walking back. When you’re paying $500 for one night the car park should be for guest not for public attending the ekka or. Then drove to the car park they suggested and spent an hour looking for a park with no success. We had to park near the hospital and catch an uber to the hotel. Additionally the bathroom smelt like men’s urine, the room service breakfast was hardly warm and the amount of dust flying around the room wasn’t making it any more appealing. I have stayed here three years ago and was very happy but this time I wouldn’t go back."

The Calile Hotel Hotels in Brisbane

The Calile Hotel

"The stay was incredible, down to the food, room and staff service. I, however, will not be returning as I do not wish to pay so much money to fight people over pool space. I shouldn't have to choose between a nice sleep in and utilising the pool (hello 5:45am wake up time to get a spot). The Calile need to manage this better and have a policy in place that allows more guests to access this given the limited room."

Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane Hotels in Brisbane

Four Points by Sheraton Brisbane

"The rooms and breakfast were both good. However, I booked two rooms and paid deposits for both, but for some reason, only one deposit was refunded upon check-out today, even though I didn't incur any additional charges. The other deposit still hasn't been returned."

Ivy and Eve Apartments by CLLIX Hotels in Brisbane

Ivy and Eve Apartments by CLLIX

"A great place to stay if you need some good quality, cheap accommodation for your weekend activities. I suggest trying to get a room from the 20th floor upwards though as the location can be quite noisy at night time. Staff were lovely and made the check-in and check-out process very simple. We were too busy to check out the hotel’s leisure amenities however wifi was quite spotty. Aside from the wifi, everything was great and we had a lovely stay."

Alcyone Hotel Residences Hotels in Brisbane

Alcyone Hotel Residences

"Lovely room. Clean and tidy. Friendly helpful staff. Restaurants just downstairs and supermarket walking distance. Children’s playground across the road. Right on the river. Would stay there again."

"Good stay overall. But if you are a light sleeper, the irish pub downstairs has a live band on the weekends and the noise pollution can be heard even on the 20th floor."

Breeze Lodge ★★★
"The hostel have common area/ lovely lounge on every floor. Lower bunk is comparative lower than other hostel. Recommend to request for upper bunk if you are tall. Room has poor ventilation, there will be a bit dampness smell. The bus to the busstop infront of the hostel is around an hour per ride, but the neighborhood is lovely to have a walk 10mins to coles and the big bus-stop."

"The place was clean, and has most of the things you need. Location was very slightly inconvenient as it is some walking distance from where the shops are. Nevertheless it is still quite ok, especially with the price paid - value for money. Would still consider this hotel for my next visit."
