"Have stayed here a few times now and always had a nice stay. Clean and comfortable. Nice addition to have the pool too although there isn’t much seating around the pool. Staff are friendly and location is perfect. The only thing I have to moan about is the deposit - even when I asked it does not get refunded, I have had to go through my bank every time to get the deposit back, maybe I’ve just been unlucky but it’s never been refunded to me from the hotel, I’ve always had to raise a query with my bank to get it back."
"A great place to spend your weekends in. However, there is a massive construction going on right now so there would be noise complaints. A few amenities in the room didn’t rlly work very well but other than that, still a great room."

"Very clean rooms. BBQ around the pool area was available for our group of 12 to enjoy dinner on 2 nights. Thank you to the management for providing bbq equipment etc."
"I remember that I had a very good impression of this hotel when I stayed there for the first time last month, but this time it seemed to echo my premonition of human destiny. There is a light in the kitchen that can be on or off as it pleases, and the washing machine has a lot of foam without adding detergent. After I cleaned it, it can be rinsed clean without detergent. I have created a miracle to have the best of both worlds. What I can't stand is that the wifi always drops out at will, forcing me to go out in the rain to use the internet to post reviews"
"Fantastic location in the city. The room was enormous and really comfortable. Very close to Central Station which was useful for us. We would definitely stay here again when we have a stopover in Brisbane."
"The front desk staff were kind.
The sound of the person in the next room coughing was very loud, so I had to be careful not to make any noise myself.
The room had a bit of a moldy smell."
"For breakfast, they cooperated with another restaurant. The environment is very good and the choices are abundant. For accommodation, we are on the 8th floor, just in time to catch upstairs to repair the subway, it is quite noisy."
"Very satisfied stay, the room was large and the view from the window was beautiful
It arrived at 12 o'clock on the day of check-in, but it was necessary to check in at 2 o'clock. Four of us booked two rooms. The front desk also gave us a room.
From the hotel, walk to Queen Street for about 15 minutes. The opposite side of the hotel is the cruise ship pier. From here you can take a boat to Longbai Zoo
If next time, definitely stay again"

Great
CChristianThe location is fairly convenient — about a 15-minute walk to the City Centre. Breakfast was complimentary; while it wasn't anything fancy, it covered the basics well, with scrambled eggs, grilled tomatoes, baked beans, yogurt, oats, and more. The room felt a tad too small, especially compared to our stay at Holiday Inn Express Sunshine Coast, but it was clean and functional. One of the nice surprises was the communal area near reception, which features board games, a mini table tennis setup, and a foosball table — great for a bit of fun indoors. It was raining throughout our stay in Brisbane, and the hotel thoughtfully provided umbrellas, which was a nice touch!

JJade DGreat location, right by the water and botanical gardens. Great restaurants nearby. We asked for a nice room, and were given 815 that was one of the few corner rooms with excellent views!

AAnonymous UserThe room rate is cheap. I booked a cheaper hotel because I had to get up early to catch the flight. The only drawback was that I was given a disabled room on the lower floor. I had to get up early the next day so I didn't ask for a room change. The floor was high and I could smell the fumes from the restaurant downstairs. I recommend booking a room on a higher floor.

PPingan2005The hotel is not bad, send the child to the University of Queensland, take a taxi to the school for 20 Australian dollars, it is a little problem to stay, Ctrip service is very good, and later solved,
GGuest UserThis hotel was perfect for an overnight stay after flying in from Turkey, catching the airport train to Roma St. Station and then catching an early morning train from Roma St. Station to Coffs. A very easy 400 metre walk between the hotel and the station when you exit via platform 10. The staff were efficient and friendly, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet and the bed super comfy. We will definitely stay here again as it worked perfectly for our travel plans.

HHoSylviaWe were granted early check in shortly before 12pm. Unfortunately due to some issues, I was given the keycard to a room that’s already occupied and the occupant slammed the door in my face when we opened the door. I assumed he was shocked too. Was quite upset and shocked and went down to the concierge. Thankfully they were able to give me another room and we were compensated with 2 days of breakfast as service recovery. That was much appreciated. Breakfast is amazing.

GGuest UserPretty good apartment but I wish there was at least a mini fridge, it's not accommodating for buying food or even drinks and keeping It cold it seems like they'd rather you buy food elsewhere and not have anywhere to keep it other than that it was good

JJamesonFredThe hotel was a very average setup, with bare minimum facilities. Its perfect for the pricing offered and the advantage is mainly the prime location. The cleanliness and service are all around the average.
