Hotel Indigo BRISBANE CITY CENTRE by IHG
"Super strategic and comfortable bed. Highly recommended. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to your excellent staff “ms. Bella” for her super kind and professional service during our check in and make our trip even more enjoyable. I do not have her contact but do help me to relay this message to her. Thank you."
CLLIX Brisbane Skytower Apartments
"We had a wonderful stay at Brisbane Skytower Apartments and would definitely book again! Location: Right in the heart of the CBD, with Queen Street Mall, South Bank and the casino all within easy walking distance. So convenient for exploring the city. Room: More like a stylish studio apartment than a standard hotel room. Very spacious, bright and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light. We had a lovely view overlooking the river. Facilities: The kitchen is fully equipped – not just basic stuff, but actual cookware, utensils, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a decent-sized fridge. Perfect if you feel like cooking. Also great to have both a washing machine and dryer in the room, really handy for travellers. Service: The 24-hour front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We stored our luggage with them for a few hours after check-out so we could explore before heading to the airport – no issues at all. All in all, a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for space, convenience and a home-away-from-home feel."
The Star Grand Brisbane
"Great location, beautiful pools, complimentary mini bar and more. Difficult to get parking paid $45 for the night. Overall enjoyed the stay!"
Spire Residences by CLLIX
"I had a wonderful stay at Spire Residences by CLLIX in Brisbane. I stayed on the 39th floor of this 40 storey building and the view was absolutely stunning. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well maintained. A special mention to Alex at reception ,he was fantastic, friendly and extremely helpful."
Mercure Brisbane King George Square
Situated right in the heart of the city centre, this contemporary hotel provides business and leisure travellers with sleek rooms, an upscale restaurant, and a superb rooftop pool overlooking the square.
CLLIX Brisbane Central Apartments
"The property is well located, which was a key reason for my initial choice. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Housekeeping was handled by untrained young staff, resulting in consistently poor cleaning standards. My dishwasher was non-functional, and a clogged pantry drain caused water to flood into the living room. Despite reporting these issues, management offered little support. It took four days before they agreed to move me to a different apartment. Even then, basic necessities were lacking—I had to purchase a lighter just to use the cooker. One of the receptionists, whose name begins with "P", was particularly unhelpful and dismissive. Additionally, one of the elevators remained out of service for over 10 days, causing further inconvenience. Ultimately, I chose to relocate to a different property."
Sofitel Brisbane Central
"Room was spacious with 2 double beds and clean as well. Alot of space to put luggages. Very convenient location with train station just underneath the hotel. It also close to CBD area and lots of restaurants around. Staff was very friendly and helpful."
Roamer Brisbane
Formerly known as Selina Brisbane, this vibrant, centrally located hostel blends trendy co-working spaces, social communal areas, and stylish private or dorm rooms for digital nomads.
InterContinental Hotels BRISBANE by IHG
"Room not clean. Someone else’s food left in the fridge. Front desk said someone would clean it however this didn’t happen. Was promised a free breakfast box as compensation however when we went to collect the breakfast box from reception he said it hadn’t been prepared. Maintenance had to come to the room to fix the shower as the shower head kept falling off. For such a premium hotel I expected better."

Oaks Brisbane Festival Suites
"Oaks Festival is by far the best apartment hotel of the many we have previously stayed at in Brisbane. It is impeccably clean, well furnished, beds are super comfy, the shower is amazing and you could not wish for a better location. Will definitely book to stay there again on my next visit to Brisbane."
Abbey on Roma Hotel & Apartments
"This room was supposed to be the superior one-bedroom room from the previous night, but I stayed in that one-bedroom room the night before because the one-bedroom room I booked that night was due for renovation and could not be lived in. On the first day of check-in, I asked the front desk to swap the rooms for the two nights so that everyone would be convenient and not suffer a loss. After all, different room types have different room rates. The so-called superior room is more expensive mainly because it is newly renovated. It looks beautiful, but I am embarrassed to post the photo of the toilet. It was only a little cleaner after I flushed it. Forget the bathtub. It is okay if I don't take a shower for one night. There is still an ashtray on the balcony. The front desk is very dedicated. The only advantage of the facilities is that the bathroom mirror is on the cabinet door. You don't have to see yourself when you open the cabinet door. I remember that Ctrip once had a test sleeper's high opinion of the mirror, which impressed me deeply when Ctrip was just founded."

"This property is a scam. they will to take you off trip.com platform to a separate site for an id check. this information is then given to third party organisations opening up identity fraud. You dont get told this until after you pay for the booking. and if you refuse they keep your money and refuse a refund as well as refuse to give you access to the property."
