Guest UserThis is a great little motel! Extremely clean and the friendliest staff I have ever come across. It was a pleasure staying there. The front desk was informative, kind, and courteous. She knew the area and even walked outside with us to explain.

You’ll love this place! It’s wonderfully clean and modern, but what really makes it special is the staff—they are so friendly and truly know their stuff. Having free WiFi and gated parking definitely adds some peace of mind. Plus, the location is perfect; being right by the river means you can hop on the $.50 ferry and explore the whole waterfront with ease!

A nice place to stay. A good large open room. Beds are comfortable. Unit is self contained with Microwave, Toaster, Jug, Crockery and Cutlery. Unit was clean and you could open windows for fresh air and a glass door leading to a patio which was a bonus.Ryan in Reception was very friendly helpful and eager to help with anything. There is a carpark at the back of the Motel and it is close to the RBH hospital. In the morning we had these beautiful parrots 🦜 coming to say hello sitting on our patio.

Guest UserHere's a breakdown of my experience:
1. **Location:** Fantastic! It's within walking distance to the CBD and Central Station (about a 5-minute stroll), and close to the free City Loop bus. If you're driving, there's free parking, but spots are limited, so late arrivals often have to park temporarily on the street.
2. **Facilities & Experience:** This is a 3.5-star budget-friendly hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, with some even having balconies. The bedding is comfortable, the free WiFi is stable, and there's a 24-hour front desk. The downsides are that some bathrooms are a bit dated, and street-facing rooms can get some traffic noise.
3. **Service:** The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Luggage storage was smooth, and security felt adequate.
4. **Value for Money:** The price is very reasonable for Brisbane city. It's a great option for business travelers, budget-conscious tourists, and families on a road trip.

Guest UserWe are a family of 7, and we needed a place to stay for one night in Brisbane. Airport Motel Brisbane had just the right setup for us. One room for our 5 kids, and one room for my wife and I. The rooms were clean and inviting, and good evidence of recent remodel. Location made it very convenient to walk to the City Cat ferry in order to explore Brisbane for the afternoon. Customer service allowed us to check in early with our airport luggage, which was super helpful.

Great find, we asked for a quiet room and had a great nights sleep. Is close to food, airport and was wonderfully clean. We will stay again.

Basic but adequate for one night. Close to the airport. Long term car parking for $5 is good. First time staying in a motel where there is no reception staff and everything is completed online via email or AI. If you do need to speak with a real person you get someone in Manila but they are very efficient.

IKURA3333The room was very clean, which was great. I had to leave early in the morning this time, so I didn't get to have breakfast.
As a solo female traveler, having the toilets and showers on the same floor as the men made me feel a little uneasy. In particular, I was concerned about the large gap at the bottom of the shower room door, making it visible from the outside.
I thought it was great that it was close to the station, but since the train service was infrequent, I ended up taking a taxi. (I wish I had looked into that beforehand.)

Due to slow drainage in the bathroom that wasn't fixed, the hotel moved us to an upstairs room. It was a huge improvement from the previous one; the room and bathroom were spacious and clean, both with large windows that opened, offering a great view.

Guest UserAlthough I received my booking confirmation from a third party, somehow I missed important check-in information from the hotel which is keyless and has no onsite reception. Through the kindness of strangers, we were able to get into the foyer where there was a number to contact. It’s advertised as a 24hr reception but it’s important guests know it’s a remote reception. Once I got onto the receptionist, he was able to send me the important message with the check-in information. As we were heading out for dinner we were able to assist another couple who were experiencing the same problem.
Overall, it was a good stopover. We had a good night’s rest in a comfy bed, however, there were no bedside lamps for reading and the one wall lamp near the bed didn’t work. The shower was hot and the location is excellent for access to a variety of great restaurants.
