GGuest UserHere's a breakdown of my experience: 1. **Location:** Fantastic! It's within walking distance to the CBD and Central Station (about a 5-minute stroll), and close to the free City Loop bus. If you're driving, there's free parking, but spots are limited, so late arrivals often have to park temporarily on the street. 2. **Facilities & Experience:** This is a 3.5-star budget-friendly hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, with some even having balconies. The bedding is comfortable, the free WiFi is stable, and there's a 24-hour front desk. The downsides are that some bathrooms are a bit dated, and street-facing rooms can get some traffic noise. 3. **Service:** The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Luggage storage was smooth, and security felt adequate. 4. **Value for Money:** The price is very reasonable for Brisbane city. It's a great option for business travelers, budget-conscious tourists, and families on a road trip.

GGuest UserA nice place to stay. A good large open room. Beds are comfortable. Unit is self contained with Microwave, Toaster, Jug, Crockery and Cutlery. Unit was clean and you could open windows for fresh air and a glass door leading to a patio which was a bonus.Ryan in Reception was very friendly helpful and eager to help with anything. There is a carpark at the back of the Motel and it is close to the RBH hospital. In the morning we had these beautiful parrots 🦜 coming to say hello sitting on our patio.

GGuest UserSuper nettes und hilfsbereites Empfangs Team. Da wir mit einem Campervan unterwegs waren, war es sehr schwierig eine Unterkunft in Stadtnähe zu finden, indem wir unseren Van parken konnten. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Empfang konnten wir unseren Van sicher vor der Garageneinfahrt parken. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel, bis in die Stadt ca. 15 min. Sehr zu empfehlen, haben sogar eine Nacht verlängert :).

GGuest UserArriving after 5pm on a Thursday, I followed the explicit directions provided by Ascot management. There was a short walk (150 meters at most) to my room but the directions provided ensured that I was in my room in quick order. The fellow on the desk was able to assist with directions to fine dining close by and in the morning assisted again with directions to the train getting me to the airport easily on time. It's a well kept, conveniently located accommodation. I'll stay again next time in Brisbane.

GGuest UserVery comfortable budget motel. Pleasant check in and good location. Enjoyed a walk to the Wharf close by where we had a wonderful meal at Mr Wangs. Plenty of choice. Uber arrived within minutes and a short journey to the airport. I would definately do this again, a stress free departure. Thank you

First they wanted my secrete bank code to put a hold on the room, when I asked why they wanted a code that my bank explicitly said not to give out, they said it’s standard procedure, even though I had already payed for the room through ***********. Then I got to the motel, and the food code wouldn’t work because their instructions were wrong. They call a hash mark a check mark or a bell?! Then I realised that this place is unmanned, and also doesn’t have an elevator. So I was forced to leave my luggage in the hallway downstairs as I couldn’t lift it up the stairs myself. The air conditioning was off on the room when I got there, so the room was unbearably hot. One I turned it on and it ran for an hour, it’s starting making an unbearable sound, so I had to turn it off. Would not recommend!

GGuest UserDue to slow drainage in the bathroom that wasn't fixed, the hotel moved us to an upstairs room. It was a huge improvement from the previous one; the room and bathroom were spacious and clean, both with large windows that opened, offering a great view.

GGuest UserThe location was very convenient. The room was neat and tidy. The building is older. The shower was hot and powerful. The mattress was an old spring mattress and could definitely do with an upgrade. For the price and one night, it was adequate for our needs.

LLettyThis was great for an overnight stay close to the airport. It doesn't look like much from the outside however the room was excellent. Usually when you book online you don't always get what you hope for. This room was terrific. I especially liked how quiet it was and how comfortable the bed was. There is not much near by for food and the restaurant was open for breakfast. Airport shuttle was not available when I was there however taxi and uber are cheap as it is close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I would book again.
