Foshan Baiyun District 5-star Hotels

All the staffs have been really friendly and helpful, however, a man (probably a hotel guest)kept spitting to the side of the pool after each lap whist our children were swimming in the pool. This is not directly the hotel’s fault but the staff did not intervene which it was a bit disappointing, we had to take the children out of the swimming pool after a short while as it was very unpleasant.

The best part of my stay in Guangzhou!! I love my room, I love the view. And it was so comfy, with the big bed and the view from my room (I got the one in the corner. I love the staf that helps me a lot and speaks good English. I like the vibe esp the lounge at night and the music. And also not to forget to mention the breakfast, it was yummy and many choices. Never not satisfied with my stay in Marriott!

This is a trip for listening to a concert of Justin Lo. The hotel is only 15 to 20 minutes walk away from the Guangzhou pavilion, which is the concert venue. The check in staff is very helpful, especially Allan, who was very friendly and helpful, giving us all the necessary information about the hotel and was kind enough to extend my stay for an extra two hours so that I can enjoy the spa which started at 11:30am. Special thanks to the Chinese cuisine restaurant where the staff are well trained and very hospitable. The food is gorgeous. Overall, a very good experience at the hotel of Hilton Baiyun.

I have to say that this hotel was fantastic, so beautiful and clean. All of the staff are really friendly and always willing to help. The location is also good, with a mall and metro nearby, so plenty of eateries. It doesn’t take too long to get to central Guangzhou by train or taxi and is not far from the airport either. The rooms are really beautiful and so large. The added bonus is that there is always beautiful tea in the lobby for guests to enjoy! Will want to stay here again!

Kudos to Carson’s fantastic service and hospitality, all my requests were accommodated and the whole Wyndham experience was hassle-free. Easy check in, great location with dining options all around, quick response to every request made. 10/10 would book again.

This was a wonderful stay. I chose this hotel to send two little girls to take a train at Guangzhou Baiyun Station during the summer vacation. From the moment we drove into the lobby on the first floor of the hotel, before we even parked the car (it was raining that day), a handsome security guard came to greet us with an umbrella. He opened the car door, helped with our luggage, took us to the elevator, and guided us to the fourth floor to check in. Everything was done in one go. 👍🏻, which made us feel at home. When we checked in on the fourth floor, the lady at the front desk was smiling and enthusiastic, and she checked us in quickly. We stayed on the 10th floor this time, and when we opened the door to our room, we exclaimed: Wow! The room is so beautiful, with grand floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a direct view of Baiyun Station. The facilities in the room are simply amazing. For such an affordable price, the bathroom is KOHLER brand, and the automatic toilet is the icing on the cake. There are also soft towels and bathrobes. The mini bar is well stocked with mineral water, coffee, green tea, and black tea. The safe and mini refrigerator are also fully equipped, and a water cup is also provided. My little daughter was immediately attracted and privatized it. The thoughtfulness also prepared fresh fruit for check-in. What's more worth mentioning is that there are all kinds of fitness and bodybuilding equipment, yoga mats, yoga balls, and so on... Only then did I realize that it must be the kind lady at the front desk who upgraded our room. Thank you 🙏🏻! The shower was plenty hot and the water flow was strong. Since it was already 10 AM when we checked in, we couldn't make it to the restaurant on the 5th floor, so we ordered takeout. There's a wide variety of takeout options nearby, and the delivery was super fast. The food was delivered to the room by a robot, ensuring privacy and a sense of security. 👍🏻 By the way, I called housekeeping to send two extra pairs of slippers, which was also very prompt! The mattress was a great mattress to sleep on! The air conditioning was powerful! 👍🏻 This morning, when I took the kids to the bus, I met the cleaning lady, who politely greeted me. 👍🏻 When we got to the 4th floor, the front desk staff immediately greeted us with a warm smile and good morning. It was a wonderful welcome! 👍🏻 The most surprising thing was that the station entrance was only a 3-minute walk away—so convenient! The kids were so touched that before they even left, they were already chattering about wanting to stay at this hotel again. It's truly an InterContinental Hotel, and everything about it is designed to be a 5-star hotel. Very satisfied, highly recommended, love love love! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻♥️♥️♥️

Oh, this hotel is just super. Honestly, Im thinking when I should come and stay there again. I wanted a getaway without extra troubles and got exactly what I was looking for. my nr 1 routine was to swim in the pool and enjoy the view of the mountains. rooms are nice and clean, amenities are on top ( you've got dyson hair dryer ppl). the breakfast was nice, both variety and quality of food were great. For some extra pay you can enjoy tennis and billiard /snooker halls . beautiful stay!

The hotel is very comfortable and the room was quite large. It’s situated about 12-15 walk to the nearest station. If you rely on public transportation or want food close by, I’m not sure if I can 100% recommend. However, I believe it’s more of a business hotel so keep that in mind. I’d say the staff wasn’t that friendly but I have pretty low expectations when it comes to service overall.
