One of the WORST hotel experiences of my life. Booked months in advance for a family vacation, just passing through Fresno so only needed one night. Booked a 3-bed room since traveling with a son and daughter and was impressed it was an offering. However, when we arrived we were told the lone room had been booked the night before for a multiple night stay. OK, we can roll with that - so asked for them to provide two rooms to make up for it and they obliged.
Rooms were DISGUSTING! Hair in the tubs, broken light fixtures, bathroom doors were so warped they wouldn’t close or stay shut, and the toilet seat fell OFF the toilet in one room. The deadbolt to one room did not even work!
Another reason for booking this hotel (we stay in Day’s Inn frequently and have never had an expert poor) was they advertised continental breakfast…well, they had 2 broken machines that were out of order for juice, a single green banana and empty cereal containers, and when asked they had no additional stock available - this was NOT at the last 30 minutes of breakfast being offered! All that remained as options were self made waffles and two slices of bread for toast - we have a family of four.
The MOST laughable part of the whole experience was that they advertised on their welcome sign, “Newly renovated rooms!” What a joke.
Do NOT stay here!!!

This is the worst hotel in this trip. It was too noisy and the bathroom light was broken so I couldn't take a shower.

The bathroom and bathroom facilities seem old, but the place was generally clean and we had a comfortable stay. There were three adults, but the bed was large and we were able to sleep without any problems.
