Ideally situated in the heart of Trieste, this wonderful apartment had everything a solo traveller or couple would need. Immaculate throughout and with a welcome gift of chilled wine and water, initial impressions were extremely good. Over the next few days this extraordinary building yielded more welcome surprises- the library was an oasis of calm in which to unwind at the end of the day. Remote staff were excellent at responding promptly and efficiently to my request. I’ll definitely stay there again when I find myself in this beautiful city on the shores of the Adriatic.

It was a last minute trip for my family to Trieste. Fortunately and very gladful that I managed to book a room with Urbanauts. It was also one of the best choices I have made. It was so easy and convenient for the check-in process, and the location is very strategic where it is walkable to the main attractions. There is coop nearby as well for us to grab some snacks or drinks. The building itself is nicely furnished with a lift, our room toilet and kitchen are equipped with all the necessity that are very useful to us. I highly recommend this place to stay and will book with them again in the near future !

Absolutely exceptional. Huge space, elegant and very comfortable. The only flaw is the lack of staff, which complicates some things a bit (for example, you can't leave your bags at the reception). Nevertheless, without a doubt one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in!

The apartment is very well located and has all the amenities.
What we didn't like was that when we booked, luggage storage was listed among the services, but it wasn't true. I contacted the accommodation by email, and they told us it was a mistake and they couldn't store our bags. They also told us we could use an app to store our bags at other stores for €5 per bag, which meant €15 on the day of arrival and €15 on the day of checkout. We don't think it's a good solution to have us charged €30 more because of their mistake.

👍從火車站搭公車到住宿處蠻方便，但是車上不收現金，需事先購票或刷信用卡。
👍公車站牌離住宿地真的不遠，但是走錯路-就會繞不出來。
❓是自助式Check in,但沒被告知、不知道要事先上網註冊什麼？所以無法拿到房卡，在門口折騰很久，才獲得其他旅客的協助、打了客服電話才獲得解決。
🍄房間在頂樓--是閣樓式--樑柱有點矮~~有年紀的我們很怕撞到頭，要不然是挺特別的住宿體驗。
🍄空間算寬敞、但是這間的廚房+餐桌非常窄小、跟訂房照片差很大！設備倒是蠻齊全！有提供餐具、電壺。
🍄一樓有間休息+閱讀的空間。
旁邊洗手間裡，有提供小台自助洗衣機..看不懂操作說明而作罷！
🍄離遊輪碼頭非常近，推行李走路就可以到達。
🍄附近的餐廳--不錯！
