It's not new, but it was clean. The staff were nice and attentive. I think it was good enough for the price. I'd like to use it again.

There is a FamilyMart nearby. There are also privately run restaurants. Is the parking lot at the facility, which is rented out for 1,000 yen a day, expensive? It seemed a little far away (about a 3-minute walk), but considering the time it took to get in, it was cheaper than the other places, so I used it.

Regarding the location, I rated it as ”just okay” since it depends on the purpose of each visit, but overall I was very satisfied and this was my fourth time staying here.
