入住前滿懷期待，結果體驗極其糟糕！酒店樓下就是KTV，前台辦理入住時故意隱瞞這一關鍵訊息，直到半夜被震耳欲聾的音樂聲和嘶吼聲吵醒，才發現根本沒法休息！更氣人的是，事後質問前台，對方竟一口咬定“已提前告知”，態度強硬毫無歉意。隔音效果形同虛設，牆體彷彿紙糊，低頻噪音持續到凌晨兩點，打電話投訴卻衹得到敷衍的“我們會記錄反饋”酒店明知KTV存在卻不主動提醒，完全無視住客的基本休息權，這種不負責任的行為簡直是對消費者的欺騙！奉勸大家避雷這家店，除非你想花錢買通宵“蹦迪體驗”管理混亂、推諉甩鍋，連最基本的誠信都做不到，根本不配稱為合格的服務業者！

客房在六樓，4-5是KTV隔音都沒做樓下蹦迪房間被低音炮直接震的水杯的水都在抖、簡直就是噩夢根本休息不好
