"The location is fantastic, making travel incredibly convenient. There's a direct airport shuttle, and it's within easy walking distance of Wanda Plaza and the old street. The service attitude was quite good; staff didn't evade issues but resolved them promptly. The facilities and ambiance feel like a 4-star property, and everything appears quite new. They offer a laundry room, gym, card/chess room, and meeting rooms. Among all the hotels I've stayed at in Fuqing within the same price range, their breakfast buffet offers the best value for money. It's quite diverse, featuring freshly cooked local dishes like 'Laohua' (a local noodle soup). Overall, considering the price and amenities, this is one of the most value-for-money hotels in the area. It has been operating for decades with a consistently good reputation, and a recent renovation two years ago means everything feels very fresh and modern."

"The room was clean and hygienic, the service was intimate and thoughtful, the bed was very comfortable, the sound insulation was good, the location was excellent, the overall price was very high, the stay was great, and it was worth buying back."

"Facilities: It can be seen that the facilities are 21 years old. The sofas and chairs have stains that cannot be cleaned off. The faucet in the bath in the room after the replacement is half broken, water leaks from the outlet, and moss has grown on the floor tiles in the bath. The mildew spots were visible during the wash. They were very disgusting. After wiping them with paper towels, the service staff said they couldn't wipe them out and refused to admit that they were moss or mildew spots. They said they would be re-examined the next day, but they didn't know the result. Hygiene: I originally stayed in 1912, and there was a very strong smell of smoke as soon as I entered the room! Newly opened room! The service staff came and turned on the aroma diffuser. If there was no smell, they wouldn't change the room. Then when I came back from going out, there was a smell of cigarette smoke mixed with the special aromatherapy smell of the whole season in the room, which was very uncomfortable. Then I changed the room to 1910, and encountered the same situation as the previous environment, and the toilet paper shelf had fallen very heavy. Dusty, you could tell it had never been wiped. Environment: Located opposite Fuqing Wanda, the transportation is relatively convenient and there are many restaurants nearby. I had the all-season breakfast, which was quite satisfactory and unremarkable. Service: The service response speed is quite good. The same girl checks in and checks out. The service is very good. However, I felt that the service staff who handled the problem at night were very average and did not receive any explanation or remedy."

"It was tough to find a last-minute room during Chinese New Year, so I booked this place the night before and was pleasantly surprised. There's even a snack street nearby! However, I had specifically requested not to have a corner room when booking, and they confirmed it wouldn't be an issue. But when I checked in the next day, it was late, and upon getting to the room, I found it was a corner one. I went back to the front desk, and they said there were no other rooms available, only that last corner room. I was a bit speechless, especially since I had noted it beforehand. If they couldn't accommodate the request, they should have told me when I booked. Having to drag my luggage back and forth to switch rooms was really annoying and a hassle."

"Is this a hotel converted from a residential building hidden in an alley? There's no proper parking lot; you just park along the side of the alley at the entrance. The parking spots are either next to an open drain or filled with giant cockroaches. When I got out of the car after parking, the ground was covered in dirty water, making it impossible to step anywhere. The lobby on the first floor looks decent, but there's a strong musty smell in the elevator, upstairs hallways, and guest rooms. The air conditioning also smells moldy. The cleanliness is just so-so, and the bedding isn't comfortable to sleep on, plus it had stains. The curtains also had stains. The TV volume was very low; even at maximum, it wasn't clear enough."

"Cleanliness: Very good Facilities: Very good 👍 The toilet, shower, and sink are basically separate, which is convenient. The hardware is quite new. Ambience: The hallway music sounds great at first, and you can really feel the effort put in by the hotel. Service: Ok. My order included welcome fruit, but I called the front desk and was told I had to pick it up there (I had already changed my clothes). 😂 The standard breakfast was disappointing. The soy milk was watery and had a beany smell, and everything else, except the boiled egg, was just carbohydrates (which was a shame to throw away). There was no option to exclude breakfast from my order. There was also a 300 yuan deposit required upon arrival (which wasn't mentioned on the order). This was the first time I've been asked this on a Ctrip booking. 😄😁 Actually, I feel like the welcome fruit not being delivered to the room is fine, but adding it to the standard breakfast would have been perfect. Everything is new at this newly opened establishment. I wish you continued success!"
