The service was good, and the staff were very enthusiastic. However, the facilities were a bit disappointing. They looked okay at first glance, but the details need improvement. We booked a music-themed room, but the karaoke microphone was broken. After we reported the issue, it wasn't replaced, and we never heard back. The tap water just trickled out instead of spraying, and I wonder how long it's been broken. The family suite was essentially two original rooms with a connecting door, so it had two bathrooms. But in one of the rooms, there wasn't even a table, a kettle, or even a chair to put clothes on... it was just awkward.

As a frequent business traveler, this place perfectly met all my core needs: Efficiency [Strong]: 3-minute lightning-fast check-in. The room's desk and tea table are combined, and high-speed Wi-Fi ensures no lag during video conferences. Electronic invoices are sent to my email instantly upon check-out! Poetic Charm: I initially thought the 'Yangming school of mind' theme was just a gimmick, but I was completely won over after staying. Smart voice control for curtains and lighting, laminated glass effectively blocks out street noise, and I was awakened by the morning mist over the Long River instead of traffic sounds. Service Beyond Expectation: Arriving late at night, the butler was already waiting at the entrance and helped carry my luggage to the room. A freshly brewed pour-over coffee was delivered promptly in the morning. This 'present but not intrusive' sense of service balance is just superb! Fuzhou (Fuqing) Trip.com needs more hotels like this!

I chose Vienna for my May Day trip. I have to say that the service is getting better and better. It is worth staying here.

The latest and all aspects of the hotel in Gaoshan Town. There is no twin bed for booking a month in advance. The breakfast is quite rich. There are quite a lot of people for breakfast during the Chinese New Year. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. There is a self-service laundry on the 12th floor, which is convenient for travel. There is no refrigerator in the room, the sound insulation equipment is poor, there are people talking in the corridor at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, and they can hear clearly. The elevator does not set a card to enter the elevator. The safety needs to be improved.

Facilities: There's an outdoor hot spring downstairs, and a children's playground on the third floor. Overall, the facilities are suitable for family trips and offer good value for money. The wildlife park is right next door, making it very convenient for visitors. Cleanliness: Overall good, but perhaps due to its age, the bathroom drains had a slight odor. Environment: The room's terrace has a great view, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Service: The receptionist was very attentive, and the breakfast staff were responsive and friendly.

Absolutely a 5 out of 5 in terms of service, room is super clean. Shower and toilet are spacious. Hotel was quiet with robot delivering food deliveries to the room. Only downside was the air conditioning was not working, it seems like it was turned off for cleaning for the 7 days of my stay. At 27 degrees C, it was unbearablly hot. When issue was raised to the front desk, they immediately provided a fan for the room. Breakfast was reasonable, buffet was filling, but options somewhat limited. Good tasting.

The overall experience is super five-star level, highly recommended! The hotel has an elegant environment, the lobby is clean and high-end, the room is spacious and bright, clean and odorless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is very good, and I sleep until dawn. The service was intimate and thoughtful, the staff was gentle and courteous, the response was timely and meticulous, and the details were full. The breakfast is rich in variety, fresh and delicious, the facilities are fully maintained, and the travel is convenient.

The room was very clean and tidy, excellent! 👍 I asked housekeeping to send some water to the room, and they charged 2 yuan per bottle. I'm not sure if that's reasonable. The payment was made directly to the staff via QR code, and it couldn't be added to the room bill, which I personally found unreasonable. Breakfast had very limited options, probably because there weren't many guests, but I could grudgingly accept it.

It was a great trip. I stayed here for 11 days. I found that the safety was very good, the service attitude was great, the hygiene was very good, and the location was in the city, so it was very convenient to travel.

The room has good lighting, and you can greet the sun when you wake up in the morning. The facilities are complete, the bed is quite big and soft, there is no noise at night, and it is very quiet to fall asleep. It is a very satisfactory stay.
