The service was good, and the staff were very enthusiastic. However, the facilities were a bit disappointing. They looked okay at first glance, but the details need improvement. We booked a music-themed room, but the karaoke microphone was broken. After we reported the issue, it wasn't replaced, and we never heard back. The tap water just trickled out instead of spraying, and I wonder how long it's been broken. The family suite was essentially two original rooms with a connecting door, so it had two bathrooms. But in one of the rooms, there wasn't even a table, a kettle, or even a chair to put clothes on... it was just awkward.

The hotel is conveniently situated in the heart of Fuqing, within walking distance to various restaurants and the Walmart shopping center. It is impeccably clean and serves a delicious Chinese-style breakfast. The reception staff are friendly, fluent in communication, and provide excellent service with a smile.

After searching for several days, I finally chose Park Nine Miles. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, even offering to help with my luggage and recommending a popular local food street – a spot I didn't want to miss! My favorite part was the little tea set in the living room. Brewing tea and looking up at the greenery outside the window, I could leisurely sip my tea – it was simply wonderful! They even provided disposable cotton swabs and makeup remover pads in the toiletries bag – the attention to detail was impeccable. My stay was comfortable and relaxing, and it's already on my list for a second visit!
