Checked in at 7 or 8 in the evening. It was pitch black when I got out of the elevator. I couldn't bear to turn on the corridor lights. The weather was 18 degrees. The room air conditioner was not allowed to use the heating.

The room is poorly clean and the bathroom is not ventilated. Three lights were broken and they didn't repair them. The door lock often malfunctioned, and I had to call the front desk twice to open the door during my two-day stay.
