餐廳的服務員總是很耐心，解答問題很詳細。
電梯的運行聲音很小，不會影響休息。

最基本的衞生都沒有，不是一客一換，跟前台老闆反應了衞生的問題，我叫他去看那個臟黑臟黑的浴巾被套，他也不去看，説明老闆是知道這個不更換布草這個事情，服務員能夠頻繁的不更換布草，説明是得到老闆批准的，不然不可能會頻繁的不更換布草，如果不怕得皮膚病，性病之類的去入住是問題不大的！
當天入住就發現枕套沒有換，然後去反應就馬上換了，當時想着可能是阿姨偷懶少換了一個整套，雖然床單和被套有點皺，當時也沒有細想，睡了第二天早上全身癢，起紅疙瘩，看了黑黑的被套，然後再去衞生間看了浴巾臟黑臟黑的，太傻了，睡了一天才知道上當了！

門口走動聲、説話的聲音都可以聽得到，隔音效果不好，然後整個晚上都沒睡 半夜醒來。希望接下來能順順利，5.1日前離開福清。

這是一傢俬人酒店，老闆跟老闆娘都很親切，屬於家庭式的酒店，而且服務大姐也很熱情，我找不到路，大姐還會下來帶我，我覺得這個是連鎖酒店，他所不具備有的家庭酒店就是有這種好處，親切熱情

這幾年住過的最差的賓館，晚上11:30外面ktv還在瘋狂的吼，找前台換房，換了一間更吵的，説再換得加錢，但是靠馬路也不保證不吵。停車按小時收費，窗户小的不得了，床墊子一動咯咯響，房間還有異味。
