Thanks to Mr. Daniel Wang, the manager of the Front Office Department. I stayed at the hotel for quite a few days. He was kind and friendly and carefully arranged a comfortable room for me, making me feel right at home.
During Christmas, he recommended the buffet dinner in the hotel to me, and it was really excellent. Moreover, he helped arrange transportation vehicles for me, which saved me a lot of trouble. He communicated with me smoothly and provided a lot of help.
The hotel service was outstanding, enabling me to feel the considerate service even in a foreign country. I will choose this hotel again next time. Once again, thank you to all the service staff for bringing more wonderful experiences to the guests.

During the National Day holiday, I drove to Northeast China and stayed at Tianbao Building in Fushun. It was almost 8 o'clock in the evening when I arrived at the hotel. The cars downstairs were almost full, and the security guard pointed me to a location. The front desk staff, Xiao Xing and Xiao Liu, were warm and enthusiastic, and they also gave children toothbrushes. Wanda is opposite the hotel, and the surrounding business is quite prosperous. The room is relatively large, and the bed is a little hard. The facilities are a bit old, and the shower head cannot be adjusted, so you need to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. There are many types of breakfast, and you can eat enough.

We booked a brand new family room, and it was exactly like the pictures: very clean, cozy, comfortable, and warm. The hot water also came on very quickly! The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and thoughtful with her service, paying attention to every little detail. We will definitely choose this place again next time we visit Fushun.

The overall stay experience is satisfactory. The hotel is conveniently located not far from the core area and transportation hub. The reception is warm and efficient and the procedures are fast. Although the room is not particularly spacious, it is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, especially the pillow support is very good, ensuring a good sleep. The bathroom facilities are newer, the water flow is sufficient, and the hot water supply is stable. Free WiFi speed is enough for daily use. Although the breakfast type is not extremely rich, the basic categories of Chinese and Western are complete, the taste is acceptable, and you can start a new day. At this medium price, the facilities and services provided by the hotel are excellent value for money, suitable for business travel or budget travelers, and will consider staying next time.

The surrounding transportation is convenient, parking is convenient in front of the hotel, and the room is clean and tidy. It's so wise to choose this one for business trips! The sound insulation of the room is excellent, the processing work is completely undisturbed at night, the desk is spacious and the charging port is all over, and the computer and mobile phone are charged at the same time without pressure. Breakfast is served on time at 7 o'clock, and you can also eat hot porridge and eggs in the early flight. The front desk helps to print the documents super fast. The location is 3 minutes walk from the bus station, and there are 24-hour convenience stores around. The business party really recommends it!

I just stayed there for one night, so I can only give a general impression. A. The first impression of the hotel was overshadowed by the impression of its staff. I don't know if it's the corporate culture of this hotel or the spirit of this city, but every staff member of this hotel is highly responsible (at least the ones I met). No matter what kind of help you seek, they will always do their best with the mentality that they need help. This is rare to encounter. You should know that every person you meet is like this. B. The hotel is full of history, but the place where you live was built later. The original one is now a restaurant. The attached photos are of the original building. You can eat in the original building, which is not expensive, especially the fish. By the way, imagine the past. If the building where you live now is renovated later, if you look at it as a high-star hotel, there are definitely flaws in the hardware, but it is still acceptable in comparison with similar buildings.
