The room is very large with two single rooms and a bunk bed. It is completely stress-free for 4 people to stay in. The hotel also includes many activities.

The hotel is relatively new, with a nice environment. It is very convenient to have airport pick-up and resort shuttle bus. The waiters are very enthusiastic, but their awareness of cleaning is not enough. There are a lot of drinks in the children's play area and they don't clean them up. The table is wiped on one side and not on the other. They need more training. The room has a strong decoration smell and needs to open windows for ventilation. However, for those who are out and about during the day, the hotel is still sufficient.

The hotel is great, the kids love it, it feels like they have found a treasure, like they have stepped into a forest castle, highly recommended. There was a store selling frozen pears and persimmons in ice buckets at the entrance of the hotel, which was a great idea. 房間很好，服務也好，早餐挺豐富的，華美聖地度假村是旅遊度假好地方，慢下來體驗生活不錯的選擇，園區裏還有免費的擺渡小火車，出行去哪裡都非常非常的方便，而且酒店所在位子離長白山西景區也很進，開車不到30分鐘就到了，還會再來

房間很寬敞，加了高低床非常適合家庭親子出行，很多配套的東西很人性化，小朋友很喜歡！酒店配套遊玩項目很多，孩子們玩得特別開心！園區內景色也特別美！工作人員服務都很好！ 建議預訂幾天房卡就設定有效幾天，不然經常消磁還要找前台不太方便。
