Upon check-in, they provided complete toiletries for our family of two adults and two children. They were incredibly responsive to all our requests and questions. After we checked out, they even gave us a beautiful gift. The entire stay was smooth and comfortable. The hotel breakfast was also very rich and varied. Besides all that, the most noteworthy aspect is the hotel's location: the ski equipment hall is just 10 meters from the main entrance, making skiing, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient."

"Choosing Jinhua Resort Hotel for this vacation was such a brilliant decision! The hotel grounds are beautiful with excellent landscaping. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hotel also has a full range of entertainment facilities, making for a truly immersive holiday vibe. I have to give a special shout-out to our butler, Haha. They were incredibly efficient and reliable, making the check-in process smooth and well-organized. Whenever I had a request, it was handled quickly. They even gave us thoughtful recommendations for off-the-beaten-path attractions. The entire trip was completely worry-free, and our vacation experience was absolutely top-notch. I'll definitely be booking here again for my next trip!"

"The breakfast is comparable to what you'd find at a budget hotel, and the staff, while polite, are rather aloof. The executive meal was utterly pathetic, like something you'd give to a beggar, and they even asked me to write a good review! How is that even possible? I can understand higher room rates, but do you really think you're delivering value for the amount guests are paying? I've traveled all over China, and for this price, with this kind of service and dining, this hotel easily ranks among the bottom three worst."

There is a place for children to play in it. We arrived at the hotel the day before and took the children to Eurasian for an afternoon. The earliest trip to Tianchi the next morning was perfect."

"I booked a four-day, three-night vacation package and had a great overall experience. The hotel is nestled among mountains and forests, offering a quiet and beautiful environment, far from the hustle and bustle – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The room was spacious and bright, with comfortable bedding, making for a very pleasant stay. I especially want to commend the Yuehua Chinese Restaurant. The staff were prompt and provided meticulous and thoughtful service, making for a wonderful dining experience. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of items and was quite tasty. However, if the dishes were rotated daily, the selection would be even better. I have two small suggestions: First, the front desk reception could be a bit more warm and friendly. Second, given the lower temperatures in Changbai Mountain, the toilet seats lacked heating, which can be quite cold in winter. I hope to see hardware upgrades in the future."

"The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from Wanda Resort. We rented a car ourselves, so staying here felt very convenient. Compared to hotels within the resort, the facilities are much newer and the price is more affordable. We, two adults and two children, even received a complimentary breakfast. Additionally, we bought ski passes for 400 yuan. We rented ski equipment at Haidongqing, and there were very few people there, whereas the town service center was packed. Overall, we were very satisfied and recommend staying here. Just a heads-up about the water park: the admission is free, but you *must* rent a locker for 30 yuan per person."

"When I arrived at this hotel early in the morning, I actually felt puzzled, wondering if all the surrounding shops and other hotels were closed. It seemed that not only was it not the peak tourist season, but the economic situation might also be unfavorable, which likely explained it. Since I arrived at the hotel too early, no rooms were ready yet. So, I left my luggage with the hotel first and set out for a tour of the western course of Mount Baekdu. When I returned, my luggage had already been placed in the room assigned to me. The condition of the room was impeccably clean. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the bright sunlight streaming into the room made me feel incredibly refreshed. I went down to the lobby for breakfast, and the hotel owner personally set the table. The food was exceptionally neat and delicious. Moreover, the owner spoke better English than anyone else at other hotels, which was a great help. It was a clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel to stay in. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, but carrying luggage up one floor shouldn’t be a problem for most people. And considering that the hotel is right across from the western tourism center of Mount Baekdu, its location more than makes up for the inconvenience of not having an elevator. 我一大早到达这家酒店时，其实心里有些疑惑，感觉周围的商店和其他酒店好像都没营业。这可能不仅是因为现在不是旅游旺季，经济不景气也可能是一个原因。 由于我到酒店太早，房间还没整理好，所以我先将行李寄存在酒店，然后出发去长白山西坡景区游览。 回来时，我的行李已经放在分配好的房间里了。 房间干净得无可挑剔。早上醒来拉开窗帘，明媚的阳光照进房间，心情格外舒畅。 下楼到大厅吃早餐时，酒店老板亲自为我摆桌，食物非常整洁美味。 而且，老板的英语比其它任何酒店的员工都好，这给了我很大帮助。 这是一家干净、舒适、温馨的酒店。 唯一的缺点是没有电梯，但提着行李只上一层楼对大多数人来说应该不是问题。考虑到酒店正对着长白山西坡旅游中心，其优越的地理位置完全足以弥补没有电梯的不便。"
