The owner is very kind and the hotel is located right near the West Slope shuttle center. It's perfect for those who are in a hurry to hike. The room is clean and relatively new. However, there's some ongoing renovation nearby, but it doesn't affect its use at night. They also offer a shuttle service from the station.

The hotel is right next to the food street, making it very convenient for dining and getting around! The front desk staff were all very nice and welcoming, proactively helping us with our luggage to our room. The room facilities were all new, clean, and odor-free, and fully automated. Excellent value for money!

Facilities: New hotel facilities are very new. Hygienic: clean and tidy. Environment: Opposite is Songjiang Market, a food street, there are many places to eat. Service: The service is very good. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the Chixi distribution center and the high-speed rail station. Cost-effective, recommended.

We celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival here, and the complimentary mooncakes were incredibly delicious. We even got to watch fireworks, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. I brought my parents here for a 3-day stay, and the whole family was very satisfied! The guesthouse is a tranquil oasis amidst a lively area, with a small courtyard at the entrance and even the owner's own vegetable garden – it's so cozy and clean. My parents enjoyed having tea and sunbathing there every morning. The owner was incredibly patient, helping us plan a relaxed, unhurried itinerary, and the location is absolutely perfect, very close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The room was quiet, charmingly decorated with a unique touch, and very comfortable. All the furniture in the room had no sharp edges, and the hot water was stable 24/7, with a temperature suitable for seniors. The cleanliness was meticulous; there wasn't even dust in the back of the wardrobe. My parents said it was even more comfortable than being at home! From facilities, hygiene, environment to service, everything was impeccable. It's truly the perfect choice for a trip!

The twin room was spacious enough for two kids to run around! It even had a small balcony. The furnishings inside were clean and new, and the whole room was equipped with smart devices. Downstairs, there's also a washing machine and dryer. The ladies at the front desk were all incredibly nice! They answered every question we had. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so one of the lovely ladies at the front desk specifically helped us call a restaurant owner to arrange pick-up and drop-off to and from the hotel. The room also came with complimentary access to the nearby hot spring, which has both indoor and outdoor sections. It might be a bit small for adults, but it's still enough for a good soak. For kids, it's paradise – they had so much fun! Getting to Changbai Mountain is super convenient too; the West Slope scenic area is only about a 5-10 minute walk away. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I stayed here temporarily for a day and I felt it was OK. The space is very large. There is a private courtyard below for parking. Well, it is like a state-owned hotel. The facilities are very good, but it is too old and a bit old. If it is built properly, it will be special. good. What a shame for such a great place. There's good food nearby, no, I'll go out to eat if I have nothing to do.

The hotel is located near the Changbai Mountain Tourist Distribution Center, with a beautiful environment, pleasant surrounding scenery and fresh air. The service attitude of the hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, the front desk staff is proactive, attentive and thoughtful, and strives to provide a home away from home experience, and performs well when dealing with the needs of guests. The hotel facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and tidy and well maintained.

This guesthouse has such a great vibe! The front desk area itself was already lovely, very Western European in style, and the rooms also had a fantastic atmosphere. The concierge messaged me on WeChat beforehand and gave me tons of tips and recommendations. It's only about a 15-minute walk from the guesthouse to the visitor center, which is super convenient. They also offer activities like handicrafts, sutra copying,溪溯, and ginseng digging – so many experiences to enjoy! 🤩 Another pleasant surprise was getting a room upgrade, which also included breakfast. I absolutely love the front desk lady! 😍

This was my first time visiting Changbai Mountain, and we chose to stay in these cabins for our first night. The weather has been warm these past few days, and it's a bit remote here, so the snow is pristine. It was my child's first time seeing so much snow, and they could play right outside the cabin door while the adults relaxed inside. If you like peace and quiet and getting away from it all, you might enjoy this. There are also some small attractions nearby to explore, and the little dogs and cats add a charming, rustic touch. Afterwards, we went skiing at the Luneng Resort Hotel, but the snow play there wasn't as clean as it was here. Of course, the accommodation isn't as luxurious as a resort hotel, so if you're particularly picky, this might not be for you. It really depends on what you prioritize; this place is all about the ambiance. For dining, there's only one iron pot stew restaurant right outside, which is decent. If you're staying for multiple nights, you won't have much variety for food. Overall, I'd say it's a good idea to combine a stay here with a resort hotel to experience different vibes. My child really loved it.

The check-in point is located 2 minutes away from the Xipo Visitor Center. It’s super convenient to queue up and board the bus in the morning. This is a hotel that has been renovated for a while, and the settings are old. The lights in the aisles are not always on at night and are sensor lights, which is a bit scary👻 , the Wi-Fi was so congested that I couldn’t get on. After consulting the front desk, I was told that I needed to turn off my phone and restart it before I could get online! This is the first time I have encountered such a situation, but after restarting, I was not able to access the Internet smoothly 😂
