This newly opened hotel is exceptionally clean, with comfortable bedding and spacious rooms. Although the amenities are simple, they are very practical. The bedside switches and phone panel are easy to understand and use, even more advanced than some five-star hotels in this regard. The room is fully equipped with tables and chairs, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation with an excellent automatic flushing toilet. I'm so glad I chose this Ji Hotel. The front desk service was excellent. A lady with the online name ”Journey” (旅程), seeing that I was older, even helped me carry my luggage to my room. When I reported that the shower hot water pressure was low, it was fixed immediately. I'm very satisfied with the hotel's management. The breakfast offers a wide variety that can satisfy all tastes. Travelers on a journey simply wish for good food, good rest, and comfortable accommodation, not luxurious and impractical stays. I spent two days in Shanghai. The location is very good, just in the village on the edge of Wanda Resort, it takes 3 minutes to drive. There are many places to eat in the village, and the grounded taste is OK. The room is very large, there is a small independent courtyard on the first floor, a balcony on the second floor, the house is clean and comfortable, and the washing machine projector is very practical. The breakfast is very rich, and the coffee made by the little brother tastes very good. It is recommended to recommend white oyster juice. Where you want to go, you can arrange a master to drive and pick you up. Master Xu (Xu) is very good. He is driving all the way and will introduce you. The young ladies and sisters are enthusiastic and sincere, actively providing help, and feel very kind. After experiencing the rafting activities, I am very happy. We took 🐶🐶 together, and we are satisfied with the beautiful mountains and clear waters here.

I have always liked the name of this hotel, and I always thought it was a miscellaneous army. But after I checked in, I was very surprised. Although it belongs to the Chinese Living Club, it will give me a more enthusiastic feeling compared to the decoration of the whole season. The main color of the warm color is more inclusive, like returning to a familiar place. This store is the only store where the staff took the initiative to help carry the box. An elderly family did not know if he was 60 years old. Such a strong service awareness shows that he either loves the job very much, or this store will deeply implement the service awareness to every employee. Of course, most young people will not let the elderly help, but this move will suddenly make the guests from afar feel the warm hospitality of the host. There was a wandering comet at the entrance of the hotel. When it got off the bus, it was lying peacefully in the middle of the hotel steps. When we saw us get off the bus, we got up and made way. The child liked it very much. The elder's house, which was helping carry the box, did not drive it away, and the whole hotel was a portrait of the harmony between man and nature. The hotel is clean and warm, and the small refrigerator is full of Nongfu Spring, which is really intimate. I especially like the low countertop on the side of the sink. It really solves the embarrassment of having water everywhere on the basin when washing.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy! The owner was very welcoming. The hotel is located very close to the West District Distribution Center, just a few minutes' walk away. Parking is convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat! Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money!

Our first stop in Changbai Mountain was the newly opened hotel on the West Slope. They offered a complimentary airport pick-up service, which was super convenient as we didn't have to drag our luggage around looking for the hotel. The hotel itself is in a fairly lively area, probably the tallest building in town. The West Slope scenic area was closed, so we spent the afternoon enjoying activities at the forest park not far from the hotel, which was great since they provided shuttle service. Dining and shopping nearby were very convenient; there were restaurants all along the street and a local specialty shop across the road. The hotel breakfast was just okay, but I didn't have high expectations anyway. Ordering takeout was also easy, and a robot would deliver it right to our room.

Changbai Mountain family trip with kids. They were very generous and upgraded us to a suite, but we didn't get the room until 4 PM. The staff were all quite enthusiastic, but the concierge service was disjointed – lots of staff but disorganized, and they almost missed delivering one of our bags if we hadn't reminded them. There are dogs you can arrange to meet, and they are all very cute. They also gave us Wanda benefits, and the mountain coaster was a lot of fun, though we had to wait an hour in line and there were no restrooms at the top. The hotel has two hot spring pools, both very comfortable. The downside was the breakfast, which was really subpar and didn't meet Park Hyatt standards. It was a mix of à la carte and buffet. Two of the stir-fried dishes were the same for both days, and all the noodle dishes were bland. By 9 AM, some items on the à la carte menu were already gone. In summary, it was rather basic and not very tasty. Room amenities were also a downgrade. The slippers were rough and thin-soled, uncomfortable to wear. When I asked, they said these were the only kind they had. During turn-down service, they left a half-empty bottle of water by the bed that we hadn't finished. Very economical of them.

My sincere thanks! Environment: Located at the foot of Changbai Mountain, the environment speaks for itself. However, the location is a bit remote, and there are no other amenities nearby. Facilities: The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and there are even three deer, which captivated the children. I suggest adding washing machines, as they are essential for longer trips. Hygiene: There were some cobwebs in the corners of the door. Considering it's a mountain house, it's understandable – a minor issue that was completely overshadowed by the excellent service. 😊

Trusting an established brand, I chose The Westin, but was utterly disappointed after checking in. The front desk staff and hotel butlers were all very warm and attentive. The parking garage attendant was also excellent and very considerate, especially when the garage was full. While I had anticipated the hotel facilities would be dated, given it's been open for many years, my actual stay was a huge letdown. I really hope the hotel management seriously considers renovating the property. Firstly, the room number design and signage on the same floor are confusing. I stayed in 33xx, but there were also 32xx rooms on the 3rd floor. When looking for my room, it was easy to assume and I ended up taking many unnecessary detours. Secondly, not only was screen mirroring unavailable, but the hotel's cable TV signal displayed noticeable static. I even wondered if the TVs hadn't been replaced since the hotel opened. Screen mirroring is now a basic feature in most hotels. The bathroom had a very strong and distinct urine odor. After reporting it, staff cleaned it and it improved somewhat. Cleanliness was an issue: I found spiders 🕷 in two different spots. Many surfaces were old, moldy, and blackened, which looked very unappealing. The housekeeping staff needs further training. Shoes left in the room were not neatly arranged, some were even askew, and the advertising flyer by the bed was just haphazardly placed. The toilet paper was far too thin. Is it normal for the shower gel to produce no lather when used? There were food residues, similar to rice grains, on the back of the information sheet on the desk. Clearly, the previous guest had left it dirty and it hadn't been cleaned.

I visited the western side of Mt. Baekdu for sightseeing. Although we couldn't see Mt. Baekdu due to the rain and are returning, the accommodation is located about a 5-minute walk from the Mt. Baekdu gathering center. It is incredibly close. There are also many Korean restaurants in the plaza, so you can easily walk out and have a meal. Since check-out is at 2 PM, it is nice to be able to leave our luggage comfortably before heading up the mountain. Although it is an older hotel, it has a swimming pool, sauna, and open-air bath, as well as a convenience store on the first floor. The location is excellent. We urgently needed a car for a long distance, so we contacted the hotel, and I was grateful that they introduced us to a vehicle. I will come back to challenge Mt. Baekdu again next time.

This guesthouse has such a great vibe! The front desk area itself was already lovely, very Western European in style, and the rooms also had a fantastic atmosphere. The concierge messaged me on WeChat beforehand and gave me tons of tips and recommendations. It's only about a 15-minute walk from the guesthouse to the visitor center, which is super convenient. They also offer activities like handicrafts, sutra copying,溪溯, and ginseng digging – so many experiences to enjoy! 🤩 Another pleasant surprise was getting a room upgrade, which also included breakfast. I absolutely love the front desk lady! 😍
