Everyone at the B&B was so nice! 👍 The free activities they arranged, like the forest hike, snowmobiling, and making wax flowers, were all so much fun. The breakfast was incredibly rich, I couldn't even finish it all 😂. They also had everything from coffee to cocktails. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit! 😀

In order to climb Changbai Mountain Tianchi, check in early to the Orange Hotel Changbai Mountain West Station. It is the closest to the Chixi Distribution Center. The surrounding shopping is convenient, the accommodation is very good, the parking is convenient, the room is very clean, and it is in line with the quality of the Orange Hotel.

The room facilities are very new and very good, the design of small details such as mirrors is also in place, the accommodation is very comfortable, it is strongly recommended to bring the hotel breakfast, because there is nothing to eat nearby, and it is not expensive to buy breakfast at the store. The surrounding area of the hotel is relatively biased, there are convenience stores, but it is about one kilometer away from Songjiang Market. Local drivers may not use taxi software. It is difficult to take a taxi. It is recommended to leave a taxi driver's phone for backup. They have a driver group to dispatch.

Our first stop in Changbai Mountain was the newly opened hotel on the West Slope. They offered a complimentary airport pick-up service, which was super convenient as we didn't have to drag our luggage around looking for the hotel. The hotel itself is in a fairly lively area, probably the tallest building in town. The West Slope scenic area was closed, so we spent the afternoon enjoying activities at the forest park not far from the hotel, which was great since they provided shuttle service. Dining and shopping nearby were very convenient; there were restaurants all along the street and a local specialty shop across the road. The hotel breakfast was just okay, but I didn't have high expectations anyway. Ordering takeout was also easy, and a robot would deliver it right to our room.

Although the Yuhua Hotel is set back, getting around is still very convenient. The resort offers a free shuttle train, and Manager Zhang was highly professional and polite during check-in, which was very quick. The room itself was generally good with plenty of natural light. The resort air is fresh, surrounded by greenery. Soaking in the hot springs when you're tired is incredibly relaxing. The cable car ride to the mountaintop offers beautiful views, and both adults and children thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

The service is very good, the hotel environment is beautiful, the animals are very docile, the room is rich in drinks, and the sunset is very Nice while taking a bath; breakfast is a set meal system, although it is a pre-made dish but the variety is rich, it can be improved to use on demand to avoid waste. The downside is that the surrounding facilities are seriously insufficient and the dining is inconvenient; The so-called waste industrial style of hotel decoration is explained well, but I personally feel that because the occupancy rate is not high, the funds are not in place, I obviously see the unrenovated part. To add, the quality of decoration hardware, drinks, toiletries and other quality is still OK.

The room was overall great, clean, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit. The hotel staff provided excellent service, promptly resolving any issues we had during check-in and efficiently handling reservations for activities. The only drawback was the subpar buffet restaurant. The Saturday night barbecue buffet offered only a few types of grilled meat, and the taste was mediocre. The overall variety of dishes was also limited, and breakfast wasn't much better in terms of selection. For a resort hotel, the dining options could definitely be improved. However, the Chinese restaurant was quite good, and their 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork) was very authentic.

I brought my family to the Westin Changbaishan Resort for a summer vacation, and we were very satisfied with the overall experience. I especially want to commend Xiao Chen from the concierge team. It was peak summer season, and our whole family arrived with lots of luggage. Xiao Chen immediately came forward to assist us and thoughtfully recommended suitable activities, taking into account that we had children. He even helped us book the rafting in advance, allowing us to enjoy multiple activities in one day without any hassle. The hotel surroundings are beautiful. Although the facilities are a bit dated, the design is still quite good. If you're coming to Changbai Mountain with kids during the summer, choosing the Westin and finding Xiao Chen is definitely the right call! We'll be back again!

I visited the western side of Mt. Baekdu for sightseeing. Although we couldn't see Mt. Baekdu due to the rain and are returning, the accommodation is located about a 5-minute walk from the Mt. Baekdu gathering center. It is incredibly close. There are also many Korean restaurants in the plaza, so you can easily walk out and have a meal. Since check-out is at 2 PM, it is nice to be able to leave our luggage comfortably before heading up the mountain. Although it is an older hotel, it has a swimming pool, sauna, and open-air bath, as well as a convenience store on the first floor. The location is excellent. We urgently needed a car for a long distance, so we contacted the hotel, and I was grateful that they introduced us to a vehicle. I will come back to challenge Mt. Baekdu again next time.

This guesthouse has such a great vibe! The front desk area itself was already lovely, very Western European in style, and the rooms also had a fantastic atmosphere. The concierge messaged me on WeChat beforehand and gave me tons of tips and recommendations. It's only about a 15-minute walk from the guesthouse to the visitor center, which is super convenient. They also offer activities like handicrafts, sutra copying,溪溯, and ginseng digging – so many experiences to enjoy! 🤩 Another pleasant surprise was getting a room upgrade, which also included breakfast. I absolutely love the front desk lady! 😍
