I spent two days in Shanghai. The location is very good, just in the village on the edge of Wanda Resort, it takes 3 minutes to drive. There are many places to eat in the village, and the grounded taste is OK. The room is very large, there is a small independent courtyard on the first floor, a balcony on the second floor, the house is clean and comfortable, and the washing machine projector is very practical. The breakfast is very rich, and the coffee made by the little brother tastes very good. It is recommended to recommend white oyster juice. Where you want to go, you can arrange a master to drive and pick you up. Master Xu (Xu) is very good. He is driving all the way and will introduce you. The young ladies and sisters are enthusiastic and sincere, actively providing help, and feel very kind. After experiencing the rafting activities, I am very happy. We took 🐶🐶 together, and we are satisfied with the beautiful mountains and clear waters here.

First off, the location is great, making it super convenient to get anywhere. They have their own parking lot 🅿️, there's a supermarket nearby, and even a delicious BBQ place right across the street. The front desk staff were really attentive, and the room itself was clean, tidy, and bright. The pillows were so comfortable, I slept wonderfully. I forgot to ask, can I buy these same pillows? If you're traveling with four or five friends or family members, I highly recommend this room type; its two bedrooms have doors that can be closed! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ A small suggestion: the room is quite spacious, so perhaps add another trash can in the other bedroom of this room type. I have always liked the name of this hotel, and I always thought it was a miscellaneous army. But after I checked in, I was very surprised. Although it belongs to the Chinese Living Club, it will give me a more enthusiastic feeling compared to the decoration of the whole season. The main color of the warm color is more inclusive, like returning to a familiar place. This store is the only store where the staff took the initiative to help carry the box. An elderly family did not know if he was 60 years old. Such a strong service awareness shows that he either loves the job very much, or this store will deeply implement the service awareness to every employee. Of course, most young people will not let the elderly help, but this move will suddenly make the guests from afar feel the warm hospitality of the host. There was a wandering comet at the entrance of the hotel. When it got off the bus, it was lying peacefully in the middle of the hotel steps. When we saw us get off the bus, we got up and made way. The child liked it very much. The elder's house, which was helping carry the box, did not drive it away, and the whole hotel was a portrait of the harmony between man and nature. The hotel is clean and warm, and the small refrigerator is full of Nongfu Spring, which is really intimate. I especially like the low countertop on the side of the sink. It really solves the embarrassment of having water everywhere on the basin when washing.

Our first stop in Changbai Mountain was the newly opened hotel on the West Slope. They offered a complimentary airport pick-up service, which was super convenient as we didn't have to drag our luggage around looking for the hotel. The hotel itself is in a fairly lively area, probably the tallest building in town. The West Slope scenic area was closed, so we spent the afternoon enjoying activities at the forest park not far from the hotel, which was great since they provided shuttle service. Dining and shopping nearby were very convenient; there were restaurants all along the street and a local specialty shop across the road. The hotel breakfast was just okay, but I didn't have high expectations anyway. Ordering takeout was also easy, and a robot would deliver it right to our room.

The twin room was spacious enough for two kids to run around! It even had a small balcony. The furnishings inside were clean and new, and the whole room was equipped with smart devices. Downstairs, there's also a washing machine and dryer. The ladies at the front desk were all incredibly nice! They answered every question we had. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so one of the lovely ladies at the front desk specifically helped us call a restaurant owner to arrange pick-up and drop-off to and from the hotel. The room also came with complimentary access to the nearby hot spring, which has both indoor and outdoor sections. It might be a bit small for adults, but it's still enough for a good soak. For kids, it's paradise – they had so much fun! Getting to Changbai Mountain is super convenient too; the West Slope scenic area is only about a 5-10 minute walk away. Overall, it was a very good experience.

We chose the E-Hua Hotel for our trip to Changbai Mountain with the kids. Our butler, David, provided excellent service, and the hotel's cleanliness was good. However, the facilities are a bit old; the air conditioning was very loud when on, and the toilet showed its age. The laundry room was convenient to use, and breakfast offered a wide variety. We arrived on the 15th and luckily caught the fireworks festival, then successfully hiked to the West Slope to see the Heavenly Lake on the 16th – it all felt so worth it! Taxis are readily available right outside the hotel, making it super easy to get around. We also highly recommend Qiaopopo Restaurant, which the hotel suggested; the food was delicious, prices were reasonable, and they even offer a shuttle service! Definitely a great find!

The happiest stop on our 10-day family trip! (^.^) Service: What I want to praise the most 👍 A special thanks to Song Yuchen for letting us extend our stay at the hotel for an extra day, saving us the hassle of switching hotels with the kids. Communication was incredibly smooth, and her problem-solving skills are top-notch! 👍 She also thoughtfully adjusted our package and arranged hotel activities, allowing us to fully experience the joy of a family-friendly hotel. My sincere thanks! Environment: Located at the foot of Changbai Mountain, the environment speaks for itself. However, the location is a bit remote, and there are no other amenities nearby. Facilities: The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and there are even three deer, which captivated the children. I suggest adding washing machines, as they are essential for longer trips. Hygiene: There were some cobwebs in the corners of the door. Considering it's a mountain house, it's understandable – a minor issue that was completely overshadowed by the excellent service. 😊

Trusting an established brand, I chose The Westin, but was utterly disappointed after checking in. The front desk staff and hotel butlers were all very warm and attentive. The parking garage attendant was also excellent and very considerate, especially when the garage was full. While I had anticipated the hotel facilities would be dated, given it's been open for many years, my actual stay was a huge letdown. I really hope the hotel management seriously considers renovating the property. Firstly, the room number design and signage on the same floor are confusing. I stayed in 33xx, but there were also 32xx rooms on the 3rd floor. When looking for my room, it was easy to assume and I ended up taking many unnecessary detours. Secondly, not only was screen mirroring unavailable, but the hotel's cable TV signal displayed noticeable static. I even wondered if the TVs hadn't been replaced since the hotel opened. Screen mirroring is now a basic feature in most hotels. The bathroom had a very strong and distinct urine odor. After reporting it, staff cleaned it and it improved somewhat. Cleanliness was an issue: I found spiders 🕷 in two different spots. Many surfaces were old, moldy, and blackened, which looked very unappealing. The housekeeping staff needs further training. Shoes left in the room were not neatly arranged, some were even askew, and the advertising flyer by the bed was just haphazardly placed. The toilet paper was far too thin. Is it normal for the shower gel to produce no lather when used? There were food residues, similar to rice grains, on the back of the information sheet on the desk. Clearly, the previous guest had left it dirty and it hadn't been cleaned.

I visited the western side of Mt. Baekdu for sightseeing. Although we couldn't see Mt. Baekdu due to the rain and are returning, the accommodation is located about a 5-minute walk from the Mt. Baekdu gathering center. It is incredibly close. There are also many Korean restaurants in the plaza, so you can easily walk out and have a meal. Since check-out is at 2 PM, it is nice to be able to leave our luggage comfortably before heading up the mountain. Although it is an older hotel, it has a swimming pool, sauna, and open-air bath, as well as a convenience store on the first floor. The location is excellent. We urgently needed a car for a long distance, so we contacted the hotel, and I was grateful that they introduced us to a vehicle. I will come back to challenge Mt. Baekdu again next time.

This guesthouse has such a great vibe! The front desk area itself was already lovely, very Western European in style, and the rooms also had a fantastic atmosphere. The concierge messaged me on WeChat beforehand and gave me tons of tips and recommendations. It's only about a 15-minute walk from the guesthouse to the visitor center, which is super convenient. They also offer activities like handicrafts, sutra copying,溪溯, and ginseng digging – so many experiences to enjoy! 🤩 Another pleasant surprise was getting a room upgrade, which also included breakfast. I absolutely love the front desk lady! 😍
