1118552****The owner was incredibly kind and even picked us up from the train station. The room was clean, and there were plenty of dining options nearby, although prices were a bit high, the food was decent. It's advisable to book in advance during peak season. Overall, it's great value for money and highly recommended.

EE0704****This resort is truly the top choice for a family-friendly hotel with great value for money. When we first entered, it felt like a kindergarten – so warm and cute! The room was clean and tidy, and the twin beds even had bunk beds, which the kids were super excited about. They slept so comfortably with plenty of space. The hotel is also really close to the glass bridge, zip line, deer farm, and the evening fireworks show; you can walk to all of them!

QQingxiaoNGUThe room was spacious and very clean. The toiletries were all from well-known brands, which was reassuring, and they smelled great too. It's very close to the west slope of Changbai Mountain, and the courtyard-style design has a unique charm. They were incredibly accommodating with almost all our requests. On our last day, after coming down from the mountain, we booked a 4-hour day-use room to rest before our evening flight, and they let us stay for 6 hours without any extra charge. They even helped us arrange a free taxi to the airport.

XXiaoyatouEnvironment: The environment is excellent, very clean and comfortable.
Service: The owner is a beautiful and gentle lady. She's very helpful, offering advice on everything from sightseeing to clothing. Even if you wake up early or late, she always prepares hot breakfasts with delicious combinations. She'll also help you with your luggage to your room.
Facilities: The facilities are new and clean. The accommodation is very comfortable, and it's only a 5-minute walk from Tianchi Scenic Area. Highly recommended. A great hotel with a great owner; highly recommended guesthouse.

SSwingSS.Had a fantastic week-long holiday at Park Hyatt. Upon check-in, the front desk upgraded me to a villa suite, which was very spacious and had excellent heating.
The skiing experience was great! Park Hyatt has its own dedicated slopes, which were much less crowded than the Wanda side.
However, the service quality of the hotel staff was incredibly inconsistent! The front desk at the ski house was very helpful; they managed to find my lost hat, helmet, and gloves. On the other hand, some other staff members had a terrible service attitude, secretly discussing female guests who were out alone. During breakfast, the female staff member who was supposed to register room numbers just kept smiling at me without helping, and when I asked what was so funny, she completely ignored me 😃. My friend, who was staying with me, arrived two days later than me. Despite my prior instructions, she faced huge difficulties checking in because the front desk had completely forgotten what I'd told them and wouldn't let her in. I eventually had to interrupt my ski lesson to pick her up. Speechless 😑. It just goes to show that the excellence of one staff member can't cover up the shortcomings of others.
P.S. The Guo Bao Rou (sweet and sour pork) at the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious 😋

MM829950****Located near the West Slope Scenic Area of Changbai Mountain, very close to the attractions, the receptionist was very attentive. Even though we checked in late, she had already turned on the air conditioning and heating in our room – such thoughtful details were a big plus. The room was spacious with a small balcony offering snow views. The breakfast was also good; the restaurant staff prepared our meals and even brought us two cups of hot water, even though the hotel wasn't cold to begin with, haha. In conclusion, it's great value for money, and I highly recommend it if you're planning a trip to Changbai Mountain.

JjunnynoelThe room was very spacious. I had three 28-inch suitcases and a backpack, and there was still plenty of room to lay them out. The Momoland themed room design was unique, Harry Potter-style, with surprises everywhere. There were so many family-friendly activities.
Our arrival time was a bit late, but I want to give a special shout-out to Manager Wang. She was very kind and patiently helped us download mobile apps one by one, and explained the hotel benefits to us.
My package included breakfast, which was extremely rich and varied. There's a self-service laundry downstairs, which was convenient after we went to the water park and hot springs and our clothes got wet.
The shuttle bus runs every half hour, making it easy to get to the town and the ski resort.
The Wanda ski experience was great. The deposit was 2000, which is refundable. Once we got our ski equipment, we just hopped on the magic carpet and started skiing! The ski resort is huge, and there are cable cars for sightseeing.
The food in the town isn't expensive either.
Three days and two nights felt too short; my kids wanted to stay longer. Highly recommend!

LlilsheepWe had a very good stay at the Westin Changbaishan Resort, which is part of the Wanda Ski Resort complex. We were warmly received by butler/assistant No.3 小陈, who ensured our stay was a fulfilling and engaging one. He assisted us with transport bookings and always reached out thru Wechat to see if we needed any help.
Although the hardware and fixtures at the Westin are aging, the service staff from the hotel are excellent. We had a good experience at the Club lounge, with happy hour served from 5pm to 7pm and was always served with a smile by the lounge manager and assistants. Housekeeping was also great, and our room also came with a humidifier, which housekeeper always refilled daily.
We also enjoyed the complimentary hot spring access (once per stay) but didnt try the water park as the weather was pretty cold.
Highly recommend a stay at the Westin if you're coming to Ski/Snowboard at Changbaishan West Slope.

MM486041****The entire itinerary was perfectly planned, especially thanks to our butler, who arranged a high-class snow house hotpot for us right after we landed, complete with fireworks and a bonfire. The rest of the trip was also tailored to our needs; almost all attractions were within a 30-minute drive. We even managed to see rime, a roe deer, go skiing, and visit a local market. The hotel itself has a great ambiance too; you can watch the sunrise right from your bed. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe room is in a community, there is a security guard at the door, the community is also very quiet, and the small forest next door is very beautiful. The landlord is very enthusiastic, helped answer many many questions, and recommended many local food, drink and fun strategies. My mobile phone accidentally dropped in the scenic spot, and the landlord was also very enthusiastic to give the address and help receive it back to me. The heating in the room is also very sufficient, the room is not cold at all, the key things need to be said again: the landlord is very Nice, warm and beautiful!
